I already forsee a War between TFS VS SoD. ECHO will probably side with SoD.

I would like to agree with you. We did a HUGE merge between S3X and SYN in S2. 200+200(maybe more with second alliances actually)players and mixed them up 100 in each alliance. The one thing that saved us from self destruction was Bloodline and I being able to communicate about the alliances frustrations and bringing all the issues to the table some of which was hard truths and might hurt some peoples feelings but it improved our alliance to what it is today. FBI in server 190. We're now a smaller alliance we trimmed all the dead weight and are now a 130ish player alliance at 8bil power. Peak players are 105/130 which is pretty insane.

This is why some companies wants to be certified ISO standard rather than a newly developed company. With ISO,there are procedure and communication flow and procedures which people need to follow. Unlike newly formed company with communication procedure are not stated and alot of mixed decision from everywhere. From how u say about this issue, its like a newly formed company. We all have been in workplace and how communication communicate all kind of issues. I agree in workplace, soft skills also important compared to technical skills. Cause from soft skills, you can see the people management skill a superior have.
