The brown book at 10.10 is a french book that said "Fisherman from Island" the author is Pierre loti (1850-1923) and I looked it up the book came out in 1886, yours must be a limited edition maybe and it was a best seller back then so take care of it, by the way it is very beautiful 🥰 I hope it helped if you see the comment 😘

That gold thing is a filigree magazine holder for like in a parlor or office. It’s vintage from like the 70s or 80s. Very French inspired with the filigree.

I also am a fellow vintage designer purse collector. I own a couple vintage Gucci items and think they just don't make classy stuff anymore that compares to the classics, ya know? Also, that gold "toilet paper holder" you purchased is a magazine rack. My grandmother had a simpler one in her bathroom growing up for "extended stays" from folks conducting business in there. 😜 I love a good bargain myself, so this video gave me so many good vibes!

That golden thing that you said you're probably gonna put toilet paper in, it reminds me of the newspaper holder my grandparents had. Theirs wasn't as fancy and beautiful as that one though. I'm from Finland and in the winter when I light a fire in the fireplace I use newspaper to start the fire, that's how most people I know do. It just reminded me of my grandparents ❤️ Great video!
