You can’t really blame them tbh. MDM records really need to hire civs who are interested in actually running a record label. Dwayne has been missing for weeks and no one else ever handles anything to do with it. They haven’t even got any artists on actual contracts just have them hired in the app. Mr K has Harry and Damien who spend practically all there time holding events, progressing WuChang, working with Cerberus for the arena stages, had a huge WuChang idol event and actually stuff for there artists to do. They also call K weekly to keep him informed or whenever there’s a problem so he knows how his company is actually progressing and what needs to be worked on.

They aint wrong, they need people doing MDMR only to run day to day who dont have other more important commitments like gangs etc. Could have been Don Dolph cuz thats what he wanted and was offered to him but then suddenly he didnt want that and accepted an offer to get exactly that lol

That's not what happened.... Don said he doesn't want to have all the MDMR workload on his back when he starts and chose to sign as an artist. Then he realized that they were always going to prioritize gang over music, which is fair but his whole RP is about music so it just didn't fit his arc. (Ofc I still think he shouldn't have agreed when dwayne was rushing him because now it looks like he snaked them)

@@AymenHaily yeah i get that 100% and he would only take the full burden of it if they were at war or on holiday which is not all the time but its the case of he wanted to have control/managerial type responsibilities first then he said he wanted to be an artist only and rejected the offer but then he wanted to manage it all with his label. The whole gang aspect of MDM which he takes into account makes no sense considering he signed for CG and saw what came with it with the Hydra interaction after everyone warned him. The hypocrisy/flip-flop nature and self entitlement of Don Dolph makes absolutely no sense😂 I love Randy lol, been watching him ever since he first appeared in JJs and other sidemen boys videos but Don Dolph pisses me off haha

Look at every fucking “gang” affiliated/owned business they all have civs who have the capability to put 100% of their effort into it without having to worry about other stuff. Even use CG as an example you have Ursula who runs jewelled dragon, Harry runs WuChang, Karina runs DoDo, Kevin who runs VLC imports and if you want an example for CB you have Penny who runs Roosters. It’s cool to be the owner and have your gang members employed but you need civs to do the day to day work or you’ll just stagnate and slowing kill your business.

I think there IC reason don’t matter and don’t have to make sense because the reality is a lot of their OOC friends are at Wu Chang so it’s much more fun to be with them and I think it’s fine, hope they enjoy it and it’ll be a big hit to Mandem records hopefully the recover

As much as the money is great and all I’m almost certain the reason they’re choosing to leave is because of their EP event and how little MDM/MDMR support they got during it. I swear more CG member let alone Wuchang Artist/Employee attended than MDMR members did. Wouldn’t you want to leave when the opposition label is showing face and giving more support than your own label.

Only sad thing IS they dont actually recognise that they are on the Map thanks to mdm and especially Tommy who loves them. I actually doubt they will be as popular at wuchang, they will of course get more money since they Can abuse the ticket system ( stay in the building all day doing nothing like Damian and actually collect millions)

They left because Wu Chang has a more professional management, that was the point anyway. Sparky needs to take control over the company, and start hiring people to do the job because Molly and Zelda alone aren't enough. They need civs who focus 100% of their awake time into it.

If you watch koils POV of the pride event he decided to give the bimbos prio but since the 4th wasn’t able to fly in only 3/4 got Prio from Koil then with the Help of tommy to explain the 4th wasn’t there , then the 4th member got Prio it was koils decision
