Underrated video, very in depth and covered a lot of the game. Thanks for this, i was gonna reinstall to see how it is nowadays buuut i dont think i will now. Onto checking up with my other games. No time wasted here.
What I think is great about this game: 1. The game's different mechanics are simple. 2. The player's progression to power is very clear, obvious and simple. 3. It's open world, allmost without restrictions. 4. It has good climbing mechanism. 5. It's a nice looking world. Bad: 1. Buggy. 2. Not really different playstyles, attacks, strategies or skills to use.' 3. Lacking amount and quality of story, quests and other content that you could expect in an open world, like people or more exciting equipments/gear/items/useables.
I have been following this game since the pre alpha clips over 4 years ago and have just bought it on sale for the $2 (even a buggy mess is worth that). The devs are the makes of Ultimate Epic Battle simulator and yes, a recent post on the games steam page does say now they have finished uebs 2 they plan to work on it more in 2023
Oh and I believe you can cross the bridge to the north, I have less than an hour in game so far so no expert but it is shown on map unlike when you played
The devs did announce in November that they're resuming development on it... so who knows what the future has in store. If they do end up finishing it, $2 would be a great price to get in early on it. Key word is "if".
They last posted on Steam announcements that development has resumed July 2023... then again it's the first time they've posted something after announcing that development will soon resume in November 2022 lol. I'll believe it when I see it.
