Abu Asada shows you how to do a warm up routine called the "Black Wolverine Training Routine" in which 3 men will do. They will start with wolverine push ups up a 30 foot hill which is like doing reverse decline spiderman push ups up a hill. And after they walk down the 30 foot hill they have to go back up the hill again doing walking lunges with 35 pound dumbbells and then carry them back down.Yea this is a nice warm up to start the day off with.
