Would extrinsic (air unit below carbon plate, Nike Maxfly) or intrinsic forefoot posting (foam above carbon plate, New Balance SD-X) create a more 'inverted' effect?
Not sure, could and they would have to be evaluated. One measurement called RCSP can be done without and with inserts to see if change is being produced!
