I miss eating fish! I have lived in Las Vegas for almost 19 years now and have pretty much stopped eating fish (unless you count Gorton's 🙃 😅) since living here. It's not fresh! There is no water here to get fish from. Guess I'm spoiled in that sense, I'm from Baltimore Maryland, known as the seafood state, and I know what fresh fish looks, smells, and tastes like. I do, however, buy the frozen shrimp and steam them Bmore (Baltimore) style. Thanks for sharing this awesome video with us, Katie. ❤️

I love you Katie but I grew up on the water and the bluegill fish you’re eating is what we are raised on as trash fish called brim. We throw them back. Crappie, Bass, Catfish, & Striper are the regular from NC.

That's so funny, bc I'm from Miami & we didn't eat catfish or any bottom feeders bc " they are trash fish". When we first moved to Ga, it took me a good 10- 15 years to put catfish in my mouth. Now I'd eat them all day long. BUT they're the only fish I won't take off the hook, no barbs for me lol.
