Very happy and proud to build these boats.

I ran up on one of them going to lunch at Alabama Jacks in the Florida Keys. Amazing boat and the guys were awesome. I bought them all lunch.

I've seen these behemoth's sitting at Safeboats plant. They are a beast! It's cool to see their "inventory" every now and then, they are 20 minutes from my house

My son has one of these as he was tired of Sea Ray's, Grady White's, Boston Whaler's etc. He get's a lot of looks whether at the boat slip, the Manasquan River (NJ) or out on the ocean. We took a trip down to FL using the intercoastal waterway & it was very enjoyable & lots of positive comments from other boaters. I may have to get one but I don't need 41 ft. I was thinking one of the walk around center consoles.

4.04 was a rare insight into youtubery when you can hear the camera operator whisper the next lines. Actually must be quite a challenge to do a monologue for that long without autocue.

I saw one heading for the launch at John Pennekamp State Park in Key Largo last week. Impressive!

Coast Guard has the safe boat line under HLS. Lots of outboards have been sold at auction over the years. Amazing boat.

I have seen these CBP interceptors go thru the Haulover inlet and fly through the rough current and chop with ease even at high speed.

In the 90’s we at CIC worked under the direction of the United States Coast Guard for any thing coming in within 30 miles of our shores along with Miami metro Pd for the square grouper roundup

I loved building aluminum boats in the northwest .that interceptor is sweet.

That is a nice boat! Watching the skipper cross through the wake at 50 knots like the water was glass. I’m actually surprised you had access to the gun lockers, and the electrical cabinet. But it must not be to big of a secret.

I wonder how many construction and manufacturing hrs the boat builder has into making one of these. Wow, fit and finish just beautiful craftsmanship.

So good to show others now what they need to build to out run this boat.never understand why they show there top operation gear to the others they are trying to capture.

One of these rolled up on me recently. I was running my World Cat 280DCX in a 15 knot head wind with solid 3’ chop doing about 32mph leaving Clearwater beach to Tarpon Springs trying to beat the sunset and he pulled up out of nowhere 15’ starboard. Scared the crap out of me. He just smiled and throttled away. Very cool but pissed me off a bit.

The Coast Guard really messed up changing from SAFE to Shark. All the Safe boats I operated were fantastic, shark boats literally fell apart in days.

This is absolutely the most fantastic chase boat I have ever seen. What a gem. Total price must be at least $23,535.25 ( Twenty Three Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Five dollars and Twenty Five Cents ). I see the officer aiming at the engines of the boat they are after. Thats a NO,NO. Don't spank them nice $25,000+ each, Mercury outboards. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Spank the low lifes in that boat and the boat will stop. This marvelous chase boat has four 350 hp Mercurys for 1,400 hp and 60 knots ( 65-70 mph ? ). Mercury has the 425 hp "Racing" outboard. Four=1,700 hp. The super muscle boats can go 100-150+ mph and will outrun you. In them cases mount a Vulcan 20 mm Gatling gun in the front of the boat. Nice video, thanks.

They need some kevlar inside that hull. Last I checked aluminum doesn't stop bullets. And min a double M2 bow gun.

I grew up in South Florida and in the 1980s when most of the Drugs were being brought into Florida for the United States the Federal Government was competing with the Drug Cartels to have the fastest Off Shore Race Boats to have the advantage over the other at one point the Government was using a Boat that was called the Blue Thunder and I knew of a private fenced in peice of property in Dania Florida that had several of the Blue Thunder Vessels on their trailers. Parked inside that fenced in Property I did move out of Florida in the late 80s and those boats just kind of disappeared sadly. Many of the top performance boat builders were murdered because they tried to work for both sides the Law Enforcement and the Drug Cartels one of those Designers / Builders happened to be a former Classmates Father who was gunned down in broad daylight on his way home from work one day

It needs redundant controls. Starboard side also. It also needs weapons pods so a shooter does not need to hold and fire. Also quick release harnesses.

I bet a high quality belt fed 50bmg would be an excellent choice to shoot just above the waterline to help go through the side of the ship. The more holes the more water. Plus if the agents get froggy can be used against personal too

I hauled one of those a couple years ago to port of baltimore. It was wrapped in plastic but still, everybody including dot officers were very impressed... the trailer had swamp tires on it. The boat is no joke, however, now, 60 knots isnt that fast anymore....

Alum is great until the Alum welds that WILL crack after many bounces up and down at high speed.

Many law enforcement agencies, And emergency services also utilize these craft. These are some well made boats!
