Oh that was cold ❄️🥶❄️. What happens when your engines fail. What's the glide slope on your plane. Hope you can find a field. No disrespect just making fun. 😊
Donzi ZRC are one my all time favorite hulls. Absolute perfection. I love your SCs. 😎👍 hats off to the engine maestro who massaged those 2 beauties in place. 🏆
I dont know anything about Boats, but I KNOW WHAT I LIKE..!! After watching many boat videos, never owned a boat personally, I have decided to Buy a Donzi with twin 1550 Mercs. Have not decided on the Color Yet. Excellent Video! Thank You and Respects, RH DSD
I can remember the first time I seen a Donzi in person, back in 1993. I was 13 years old. Have dreamed of owning one ever since. Just being able to ride in one would be awesome. You guys are blessed…
I love that Donzi! I always look for it when I am watching the FPC Videos of the Poker Runs, and love how you Dad makes the helicopter struggle to keep up with him while they are taking video of him running at high speed lol. Will you be joining Dad on the Donzi during the Poker Run? Also the trailer is looking much better now with the repairs and new fenders.
Thank You So Very Much for posting this video!!! Most people like me will never get the chance to even have a ride in real life. This video is darn near like being there!! The guy driving knows what to do for sure!!! Thanks again!!
Gorgeous boat by the way, Sounds beautiful.. My buddy Joe Nasty from central Fla. had a mid nineties Cigarette with twin 454's all chromed and all blown out… he always had to lift the hatch for air induction when started.. God rest your soul Joe, I'll never stop bragging about ya, you were an awesome mechanic and you were too young to go.. Miss ya buddy..
There's really nothing like a Donzi. They're reminiscent of floating Ferraris capable of maneuvering the roughest seas. And absolutely beautiful to behold.
Beautiful boat. Dual V8's sound intense. I wouldn't want to pay for the fuel. I have read the engines need to be rebuilt often on these style of boats. Looks like an intense ride. Excellent craftsmanship with it.
@@DIRISHMAN2163 Very true. In most areas they are seasonal. And sitting in storage is hard on any engine. I've been very lucky with my 4 stroke Yamaha 115. It seems very reliable. It's not a speedster. But it does what I need it to do.
@@brianwaring9934 got 9 years out of a merc 150, only 600 hours on it in total but never had any issues with it. Just upgraded to the new mercury 200hp
@@willbutler5966 Merc and Yamaha. The same engine. They are good. I love the 4 stroke. I can afford to go for longer rides. I had an old 2 stroke Evenrude growing up. It really went through the fuel.
When you see him go from cool and casual squat into a preemptive side saddle before dropping back into the full wrap pilot position with a still-steady hand on the steering and a press of throttle with the other... well you best be ready for some face warping lip-peelin' windage! 😮😬🤯
No bouncing or skipping along the water, it just seems to hug the water, very smooth ride, even with extreme speed, nothing worse on the water when your picking up speed and the boat just starts pounding the surface of the water to the point you start losing control
As a Florida Cracker and former speed skier Merrit Island with Joe Whitley I would hope to see Flotation/Life Vest and helmet. You just never know. Awesome boat.
I love the shots. Your dad chilling front seat like a boss. You in the back with the pink hat flipped up and your face all jiggling around hahahah all jokes aside sick video man love the channel
Dude is low key hilarious with the faces when going fast!!! And the boat is bad AF!! Also the best boat content I see on any social media platform in my opinion
I heard it at 1 time like got up in the recesses limiter a touch. Dude that is the baddest boat I have ever heard!! When it turned up, she got down!! A big huge boat turning up like that 1 right there does is unfriggin heard of!! One amazingly powerful, beautiful, even glorious boat, she is!!!!What a bad ass beautiful beast she is indeed!
I reupholstered an early 2000’s donzi, had twin 502’s. They spared no expense building that boat at the factory, except the interior, I’ve seen bayliners with a better built interior, just pure cheap. However it looks like with your boat they have definitely improved that area of the build. Looks really good
Too bad that I´m in that little hinderwoods Germany and can only dream of seeing something like this with my own eyes and hearing it with my ears. Thank you very much for this video!
That boat is crazy 🤪 fast you must have been proper buzzing while them motors hit top note that water outlet was like a frickin fire hydrant 👍 that's definitely a batman & Robin bat boat👌 it's missing suits to match some more videos would be great get a drone for some aerial shots wow that's just awsome chaps take care in that beast of a water machine 😀
Maybe I'm too cautious, but I think I'd be wearing a life vest and tying a wrist strap to the engine kill switch if I was in a boat going 120 mph. Love the sound of those twin V8s though. Awesome boat! Your face looks like an astronaut on a rocket sled approaching 10 Gs. 😁
You know what would happen if you're going 120 in a boat and the engine kill switch engaged? You would fly out of the boat like you got shot out of a cannon. The boat suddenly stops and you don't.
Just loooove the sound of those plants! The bark & rumble of when they first fired up rattled my nose hairs! Ferocious firepower there! Good luck on the run!
My dad used to own some powerful boats and even an actual F1 boat. I remember being pretty uncomfortable at round 100mph on the water but this is on another level
I think it would be incredible if it had forward looking infrared and also radar we were at 120 miles an hour sometimes a little difficult to pick out things on the horizon incredible work of art
As far as piston engines go, that is the sexiest sounding pair I have ever heard. I want a ride on that boat just to eargasm. And if on that ride, we ran alongside a CheckMate powered by an old JT3D gas turbine engine....woah.... stand back.
Wow !!! This is Amazing... Sound Reproduction in Video Is Incredible... On Car Stereo and at Home on 14 speakers 4 subwoofers... Can feel the vibration on floor & kitchen cabinets / sink... And thats with volume only 65%... If hit wake, everyone would probably be ejected if not wearing seat belt... Thanks for sharing...
That was totally Fuxking BadAss!! Holy crapola bro!! For like 10 seconds there u all we’re going like 130 or some shit. DAMN!! Got my heart rate pumpkin just watching you bad ass mother Flockers!! Nice job guys.
I’ve went 80-85 mph in a typical Donzi, but 120 is insane speed for a boat that size . I fear bow-tying would be irreversible in this case if it were to happen (been there)…
My 2004 18 ft CC with 90 hp Johnson is like riding a mini bike and you get passed by a Harley going 90 mph That Donzi is over the top awesome Thanks for the ride!
I had the pleasure of riding in a 21ft donzi when i was about 15 (one of my dads friends) we hit about 85-90 & it was absolutely terrifying yet orgasmic at the same time.
Idk how at all this came across my feed...... but what impressed me the most was how his hat managed to stay on his head😲😲😂😂 not to mention the grip he had to have on his phone SHEESH lol
Yeah, I was saying the same thing... What in the hell does the maintenance schedule look like for that MONSTER!!!! And how many GALLONS per mile does it suck!? LOL Bad ass Donzi.
What a Beast . . . (Personally id get the drivers chairs hydrologically Lifted / adjustable - as in Height adjust ? "as you cant see where your going, sitting in them" - Design Floor)
Holy Crap Haulover sure has changed since the 90's the boat storage and light tower was never there. We used to get some big ass King Mackerel they are good to steak cut and smoke them. Beautiful boat
Reminds me of the the time a friend took three of us out for a ride in his new Pachanga on Lake Lanier near Atlanta. We went from one marina to another and stopped for $100 of gas (back when gas was $3.00). On the way back he ran through a bunch of sailboats at 80 mph. When we got back he asked, ‘Well, what do you guys think”? One buddy said, “Why”? Turned out that my friend, who was a renowned plastic surgeon, had done a boob job and tummy tuck on the girlfriend of a guy who was a boat dealer. The use of the Pachanga for a year was his fee.
