The writing on this show was top notch even now it is as funny as when it first aired. Suzanne Pleshette was incredibly beautiful but you never questioned how they ever got together you just had to see their interaction and then you knew they were magic together.

The Thanksgiving show was THE BEST! Those four guys were drinking enough they all had a buzz on. Trying to hide their laughter wasn’t a ‘blooper’ it was a delight. The audience in the studio that day was fortunate enough to be part of a classic episode, and TV comedy history. 😊

Bob Newhart is the most well written television show of all time--even beats its 'mother'--the MTM show. And brilliant ensemble cast, of course--makes today's shows look like dog food. Every episode is a pleasure to watch--its a diamond. Very adult show in the best possible definition. I feel like sipping a really good martini and having smoked mussels while watching.
