In this episode I was able to finally catch up with The Bodega Truck located in Williamsburg, NY. This Bodega truck is bringing that NY bodega culture to you on wheels. Classic chopped cheese, el dominicano, the hot chick, the regular shmegular....All the things you can find in your neighborhood corner store you can most likley see it here on the truck...the cat on the bread, graffiti, tims, cafe bustelo...etc...watch and see which ones we though were the best sangwish. That "dominicano" looked delicious 😋. We are putting a spin on the chopped cheese in our food truck too. We're taking out the bread from the equation and making it on top of French fries. "Loaded fries" concept . Next time we're in NY we are definitely stopping by to try that " 🇩🇴 Dominicano". Much respect 👏.

Timing is always the best way to go. Your right the bread need to be toasted,but the ingredients flavor,and the tastes love,heart,understanding is what makes,it’s good you that take time to go over everything you have to eat,it gives people a better understanding,on what the food is about.

JL bro, I love your channel and watch all your vids. I live in Philly and we have some amazing sandwiches here, as you very well know. But I’m sorry, I can’t get behind a sandwich that costs so much. Especially a sandwich that is supposed to be affordable for anyone. We can get some huge cheesesteaks here in Philly for under 10 bucks that will taste amazing.
