thanks for the congratulations, what a great day it was. i’ll definitely be watching the championship again even though we got promoted. i think predictions are so hard to call without seeing which squads teams will have for the season, you never know some teams might make signings that make a huge difference.

I wouldn't be surprised if all of the relegated teams miss out on promotion in this season.

Regardless of the rankings, I am astounded to see the longest odds at only 18/1. You can get far longer odds for a three game accumulator. It seems really stingy to me. Frankly getting a promotion call right this early, even on a parachute team, should be worth at least 10/1, and for a promotion team more like 500/1.

I'd say we are heading for between 14th-10th as a ram but have that undying hopeful feel we can sneak in and pull aff a miracle top 6

From a Blackburn fan I think it will be much stronger next season because behind the scenes it’s mainly good news involving money and transfers. It is extremely likely that szmodics will leave but if we bring in a good replacement then I think we’ll do a lot better.

As a millwall fan think we’ll do a lot better than the bookies think. If the season started when harris joined we’d of got autos

The bookies only have Preston that low for promotion not because they think they’ll go down but just because they know they’ll finish mid table again!

Think the championship will be even tighter next year, 90 points will definitely be enough for an automatic promotions spot, don't think either Leeds or Burnley will be there, but Luton will. Can't see Pompey in the Top Ten but I think Sheff Weds will be .

I think the coming season will be similar to this season whereby teams who have just been relegated should be the front runners for promotion, Burnley seem to be finding their feet but it was too little too late, Luton did well and were a handful at times, Sheff Utd were dreadful but know their way around the championship, middlesbrough had many injuries and will be in the mix. My team Leeds, just like last season, i was not sure where they would finish with all the upheaval and the same applies for the coming season, the best we may get is a play off place but dont put any money on it. 8:40

Rooney is an absolute football genius. All he ever needed was a foghorn and he'll get at least two in the new setup. Fill your boots. Love Preston, love Burnley, love Accy. Steak pud, chips, peas and gravy - what more can anyone want?

Playoffs are exciting for the neutral but it’s oh cruel for Leeds. Over 46 games, they proved 15 points better than Norwich. Marginally more than Southampton good team 90-87. The 46 games really mean nothing if you aren’t top 2, it all comes down to one moment.

Argyle fan - started off very negative about the Rooney appointment. The more interviews I see and opening up to more positive views with the decision. Yes it’s likely Rooney isn’t the best of managers but we are probs the best club for him and it’s worth a punt for us. Hopefully more TV money as well. We also have one of the most attractive setups for loan players so a lot of young talent heading our way we hope. I agree we are starting an uphill battle before we even get started though.

I think Leeds will miss out on the playoffs because we are going to need to overhaul the squad due to the amount of PL level talent on the team that is about to leave I got Burnley, Boro, and Coventry though the playoffs for promotion, and Watford, Plymouth, and Oxford for relegation

Stoke have had a good enough squad of players to be challenging for promotion every season for the past six years. But, so far, they haven't had a manager capable of putting together a team that's consistently good enough. Too many poor team selections and negative tactics have let them down. They've been very hit and miss and inconsistent. I expect much of the same next season...

Predicting Leeds to win the championship is farcical. I think they will struggle to get into the top 6. It breaks me but this year was their best and only chance. Two from those coming down will go back up and and one of the improving sides from this year. But, no Leeds won’t be there. They fucked it up.
