A 65 Mile circular Long Distance Footpath through the heart of the Scottish Borders. Full of attractive countryside, passing four 12th Century Abbeys and through several Border Towns. We arrived by train at Tweedbank Station where the route passes close by.

The walk from Tweedbank to Selkirk is nice as you can visit Abbotsford the home of Sir Walter Scott and the court room museum in Selkirk where he served on the Bench as part of the walk 🙂
