Hi, I'm using Valhalla VintageVerb, wich is based more or less on the Lexicon 224X used by Vangelis

@@dasfaker Nice. I use it too but I don't manage to get the same results as you do. You've got a great ear for this. Keep up the good work!

Thank you!! The BPM is 86. The cymbal sounds are samples from the original theme, and a few ones are taken from a sample library (hi hat and ride sounds). For the raindrops I used V-Station vst synth, 3 oscillators (sine, saw and square), filter with a lot of resonance, eq allowing just hi frequencies, and passed thru an arpeggiator. Hope this helps.

@@dasfaker but after multiple listening 👂 for me it’s not cymbals, classic cymbals I mean. There is wood and metal in this sound. The first percussion instrument who plays at 0:27 I am continuing to work on the sounds and l will give you my own music, but It’s not a cover, it’s my remix with analog synthesizers and of course a grand piano. Good night 😴.

@@dasfaker tomorrow I will sample the song entirely with my MPC-one. And I will try to catch all different sounds separately. I have a 2 X 31 band equalizer, this way I will be able to isolate the frequencies of each sounds. I could chop it but it is too easy and actually I am a musician and I am playing with both hands and have 6 expression pedals and 4 sustain pedals. So both of my feet 👣 have their jobs. It’s because I saw 👀 you often manipulate cursor and faders 🎚 to change the sounds. Try expression pedals it will change your life. Good job anyway I am very happy to listening your cover and listening your advices.
