He smiled and took the book from my hands, not a grab, but he got it from me. “This book is knocking some good nonsense in your brain, if you find anymore books like these, get two so you can give me the other for Christmas. Growing up, I didn’t have books that knocked good nonsense into me. No one gave me any. Maybe you could help your old man find something that’ll help me. I know I’m getting this good nonsense late, but late is better than never.” He pat my head. I remember every second of that.

“The most greatest illusion,” said the mole. “is that life should be perfect.” My most favourite line in the book.

It had been years since a film made me cry... I turned into a puddle. Thank you for this film existing, simply a captivating masterpiece.
