Meet the three-year-old boy hidden from the world for his entire life. Little Yahya was born in Morocco without a face - a birth deformity that left him without eyes, a nose or a functioning mouth. His parents looked far and wide for help, but everyone they spoke to said nothing could be done for little Yahya. I know what this boy went through...had similar experience.If it was not for my mom and the brilliant doctors who fixed my face, I would not be 78 this year!! They performed miracles!❤❤❤

Blessings to you!! Are you retired!? Did you have a career or job that was fulfilling!? Did you get married have children!? I'm truly happy for you & happy 79th now!! I truly hope you are happy and healthy!!? May I ask what country you live in?(I live in USA!) I wld Love to see this little boy today in Sept 2024 at age 13v. Or age 14!! Then I'd like to see them check in w Yahya after he has graduated University and had a family and career!! What an amazing story of resilience that Yahya had! Strong will to live and. Very loving Parents and Neighbors!! He may possibly have some nerve damage, or strange feelings of touch on his face!? I'm in total agreement with you! Too often we hear/read about the inhumane treatment people have for one another...not to mention why this behavior seems to be accepted as commonplace. The world we live in is so corrupt, but I do believe that there's is still GODLY love left for humanity towards one another. I'll always believe that. Always.

"He doesn't look human." STOP right there. Put it in reverse and back this truck up. I don't know who they're looking at, but I see a smiling, laughing, sweet-natured little boy who brings joy to his parents and neighbors, loves giving and receiving hugs and has already won the heart of a beautiful girl. Yahya means "God is merciful." Everything about this sweet child is beautiful and inspiring. Edit: Just so there's no misunderstanding, I hold nothing against the man who said, "He doesn't look human". I think it's wonderful that he took the time to interview, record and share Yahya's story!

You’re so right. It’s all the child has known is love. He’s not ashamed because he has never been told he needs to be. He is a walking angel that will go on to great things. I hate the word “productive”. How about replacing that with healthy and happy. Money and paying taxes is the only thing I can think of to use the word productive. We need housing, food, heat in winter, AC in summer, and electricity. We don’t all want golden toilets.

@Zander V I wasn't shocked at all. My first thought was, "I wish I could hug him." My second thought was, "He exudes love." I've worked with children and young adults with special needs. In every case, and just like Yahya, each person has exhibited an incredible ability to amplify love.

The way the little boy and girl interacted was the most beautiful thing I've seen in awhile. They are so pure and innocent. I hope they stay friends as they grow up. Children are such a blessing and this just shows how precious they are 💕 He's a handsome little guy and she's a beautiful little girl inside and out 😍

I watched this documentary before and it made me so happy to see that everything ended in the best way possible, for the sweet boy and his parents, the wonderful woman who fought for the kid, and it was a success for the doctors. Beautiful.

He should have a helmet for protection of hos head. Im so worried he may bump his head. I cried when he just wanted a snuggle from the doctor to just be held and loved.

@@tia5374 sometimes your problem is pretty insignificant when you compare it to other things in life. it can still be a problem but just on a different scale. like when one person’s problem, while staring into a walk-in closet filled with luxury brands, is what should i wear? and another person’s problem is what should i use the money in my bank account for the heat or groceries? because they don’t have enough for both.

I just cried my eyes out for this sweet little boy. I pray that he will get through his journey and go on to live a wonderful life. The love surrounding him is so beautiful to see. If you goggle the title with his name he's picture comes up and the follow up, I tried to post a picture but I can't.. The surgery went great. He still needs prosaic eyes and more surgery on the nose, but looks so much better, and can speak and eat.

What a beautiful little boy. So lovely. I have a little girl with autism she is amazing. No matter how a child is born they are beautiful and special. I love my daughter so much special needs or not id love her regardless. A child should be cared for and loved no matter their condition

It was so emotional when she reached yahya's village. I have a child with a genetic developmental disorder. To see a stranger, feel so deeply for that boy. I hope my daughter finds such people in her life to take care of her after me😭
