The Boys and Invincible are becoming my favorite shows out of all superhero stuff. Actually, they're better than any shows. Amazon Prime is killing it with the more "human-like", down to earth, stlye of heros. 100 years of Invincible and The Boys!

Even though there were only a few clips of Jeffrey Dean Morgan in the trailer, I feel like I'm going to find his character really cool. So excited for Season 4!

Definitely had a feeling black noir would be back but I'm wondering if it's not V that brought him back but maybe they've been cooking the Homelander clone plot and this is how they finally bring it into the show. Like they've had the clone on ice hidden away similar to how they with soldier boy. Only waiting to bring him out when Homelander finally snapped.

My favorite part was when butcher calls the team the boys just show how far the team has come into working with each other fighting against these supes.

I think Ryan is going to abuse his powers but he is going to realise that he is using the powers for bad if he follows Homelander, so something will pull him to a more humane approach. I believe this season is all about Ryan's internal struggle of going full Homelander or a more human

It’s interesting the scene where A-Train looks at that jar. It looks like he’s in Homelanders apartment, and beside the jar is a photo of Stormfront from her early days, a katana which is probably Noir’s, the small milk bottle from Stillwell, and that jar of maybe hair. It all seems like trophies from the characters Homelander cared about The Maeve lookalike on that Nativity stage show, could she have been cloned from her eggs he threatened to take from her? Even Noir could have been cloned which could be a bit of a spin on the source material

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Take note, I haven't seen Poor Things and The Holdovers yet. They both have high scores on Rotten Tomatoes and IMDb. Heck, I haven't even seen Napoleon yet. Then I read Disney doesn't want to release The Bikeriders. I did see Killers of the Flower Moon and Priscilla on the same day. While I think they're both good films, neither one would make my top 5 favorites of this year. Maybe it's a NY bias, but Killers of the Flower Moon is regarded the best film of 2023 according to the New York Times and The New Yorker? I think the movie is well made but I actually prefer Oppenheimer more and I'm a bigger Scorsese fan than Nolan fan. I wouldn't be mad if Flower Moon won Best Pic but I rank it between the 10-12 range among my Scorsese favorites. Still better than Gangs of New York. Cameron Diaz was a complete miscast for that film. I enjoyed Gen V and The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon but I wouldn't put either of them in my top 10 of this year. I haven't been into TWD since 2016 which is why the spinoff show with Rick and Michonne next year doesn't interest me. Gen V is CW The Boys meets Saved By The Bell: The College Years. Some good stuff but I still prefer the flagship series. Most spinoffs are extra dressing we don't need or never asked for. If they did a spinoff to Stranger Things and Cobra Kai, I probably wouldn't watch it. I'll watch Agatha because I always liked Kathryn Hahn. Yay! I get to wear my Targaryen sigil hat from New Era again. It's the perfect hat for me. And I'll wear my black Daemon Targaryen hoodie from RedBubble. Elvis, HOT D S1, and The Batman were three of my top 5 favorites from 2022. Warner Bros. is generally more consistent than Disney. Max is more worth it than Disney+. They have far better variety in genres. The most anticipated film of 2025 will come from Warner Bros. as well: The Batman 2 🦇 I'm surprised Tyrone Magnus enjoys The Boys that much when I know he's a Trumper/conservative and Amazon, like Netflix, is very liberal. They're as WOKE as the rest of Hollywood. MGM was bought by Amazon. Homelander represents Donald Trump and they don't make him look good or his supporters. They make Trumpers look dumb. I still watch it because I enjoy most of the characters very much and Seth Rogen has a sick mind with humor like Termite inside a penis or Little Cricket climbing up a penis like a tree in Gen V. Seth Rogen still has his American Pie/Tom Green/Farrelly Bros./Judd Apatow shock value with comedy. But I'll admit, The Boys hasn't been as interesting or great since Season 1. Season 2 was a step back with the Nazi chick story and then Season 3's season finale disappointed people like Tyrone because Homelander got to live again. It peaked by Herogasm (3x6) but the last two episodes from Season 3 fell flat. Black Noir deserved a much better ending. My favorite character from S1 was Frenchie and he and Mother's Milk haven't been interesting since S1. Billy Butcher has only gotten annoying after S1. Starlight is the Mary Sue of the series but I still like her. I still love Homelander and Soldier Boy. If they kill Homelander which is very predictable like killing Cersei, then the series would end. Homelander has to live to keep the show going. Or turn Soldier Boy as the main villain. Any show becomes less interesting without an antagonist. Homelander is the best TV character since Al Bundy. He's what stirs the pot. He's so intimidating and scary like Joe Pesci in Goodfellas and Casino because he's so unpredictable. There is always tension in his scenes because he's evil Superman. He can kill anybody at anytime including his papa, Soldier Boy. Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Jensen Ackles remain close since their Supernatural days. Hence, why JDM is part of The Boys. He should be familiar with superhero projects as he was The Comedian in Watchmen and Thomas Wayne in Batman v Superman. It's weird how JDM portrayed Jensen's father in Supernatural when he's only 12 years older than him. It's similar to Sean Connery being only 12 years older than Harrison Ford but Sean still portrayed Indy's father. JDM tends to be very close with his co-stars. He's close with his TWD co-stars like Norman Reedus. Targaryen sigil is a red dragon. Aegon II's sigil is one of a gold dragon because he rides Sunfyre. Rhaenyra and Daemon's personal sigils have red dragons on them. I wear the true colors of House Targaryen. Team Black, easily. Red dragons represents trueborn Targaryens. We better see Roddy the Ruin in Season 2. The season should start with Blood and Cheese and end with the Battle at Rook's Rest. A certain female character by 2x8 is going out a legend... Aegon II isn't a trueborn Targaryen. Neither is Aemond. Their mother isn't a Targaryen. Daemon and Rhaenyra's kids with each other are trueborn Targaryens. Daemon and Rhaenyra are also born out of incest between two Targaryen parents. Incest is heavily promoted in that family so their blood can bond with dragons. It's ok, Team Green. A trueborn Targaryen will rule it anyway after the Dance ends. "Third of His Name", baby. 👑 Then "Second of His Name" after that... 😎🔴⚫

I am dying to see this. My top series especially since I followed the comics. And any variations they've made to the show that aren't in the comics blends well.

What if the Boys found out about the Anti-Compound V Weapon (most probably Frenchie and Kimiko) and then discovered that 'the worm' is immune to Anti-Compound V as long as they have the worm in them? Or maybe it takes away the side effects? Or maybe it enhances Compound V x10? It might come with side effects though, but Butcher doesn't care obviously lol anything to get that 1up against Homie. I could be wrong

I think the "anti" V is going to accidentally cause Homelander to become more powerful or maybe cause the masses to become super.... Maybe it will cure Butcher. Or allow him to become a real super without having to die for it.

POSSIBLE SPOILER I could be way off since they didn't have it like that from the start, but I'm kind of wondering if they decided to go with comic version of Black Noir and he turns out to be a Homelander clone meant to either kill him or cause him to go insane like the comics?

Victoria Neuman could use the Mexico spin-off as a way to weaponise the Anti-V Serum against Homelander, trying to keep him leashed since she's not happy with him trying to control her... I'm still wondering if Victoria is working with Stan Edgars and the whole betrayal is so she can at least seem to be Homelanders ally, when in reality her and Stan are playing Chess and putting their pieces in place.

I'm an Invincible comics fan, and in the comics, (spoilers ahead), Angstrom Levi sends Mark through a number of dimensions, one of which happens to be the dimension where he finds Spiderman. Now, it would be tough to play that thing in the animated series as Invincible series doesn't have the rights to Marvel and also both they are tied to a different streaming platforms(Disney vs Amazon Prime) which will further reduce the chances of that happening. Buuutt, we can have Invincible visit the universe where Homelander exists since both are on Amazon Prime. That will break the internet.

See I think black noir is a clone of the original noir that was in soldier boys team and then they're going to upgrade him with homelanders DNA. Maybe for the next clone to each clone is stronger than the last. Then they can kind of keep in line with noir being a clone. Of homelander from the comics

Homelander is not immortal, he doesn't even seem to have decelerated aging. Soldier Boy and Stormfront are effectively immortal because they got the original undiluted formula that was made by Jon Vought before he destroyed it and allowed Vogelbaum to recreate it with his notes. He is, however, very obviously establishing his dynasty.

I suspect that the trailer has some misleading editing. The clips and voice-overs may not reveal quite what they seem to reveal.... (Also, Victoria Newman is being a bit too extravagant with blowing up people's heads. She could just as easily cause a fatal stroke or heart attack, or even the gradual necrosis of a vital organ if she is around someone every day.)
