One of my favorite breakfast recipes goes like this .... crispy english muffins, toasted and buttered, open-faced. Next pile on homemade turkey chorizo sausage. Place a couple over-medium eggs on top of that. Then serve with sliced avocados, salsa and some crispy red-potato home fries. Mmmmmmm-mmmmmmm! It's crazy good. I dream of this breakfast. 😋 😍 🤣

Looks amazing! I would call it a personal pan breakfast pizza. I would skip the greens and onions. I would use chopped ham in mine.

I use low carb keto tortillas as a bread type replacement for pizza etc. Making this tomorrow morning, quiche style with Cholula hot sauce and BACON. 😊

Favorite breakfast: huevos rancheros: three corn tortillas warmed w/ avocado oil, turn to second side, crack three eggs, cover on med heat, add cheese, green chili (onions, grèen chilis, pork, garlic, flour, cold water, thickened sauce, tomatoes), plate w/refried beans. Cook same as your delicious recipe. Your would be good ranchero style with green chili sauce. 😋

A popeye! A bread piece i use sourdough poke a hole a egg type of hole. Butter both sides then start fry. Dont be using margarine cook your egg in the hole flip over. Youre super welcome❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Love the idea of eggs cooked on a tortilla. Brilliant! New subscriber. Absolute favorite breakfast is eggs over easy. Over easy is so hard to do without breaking yolks when you flip them, but I adore a runny egg.

Love this easy technique! I'd go with bacon bits, onion and gruyere cheese to try to have that Quiche Lorraine vibe! But love your veggie flavors too.

Good morning, sweetie! This looks delicious and I will be making it so thank you…with regards to brown eggs versus white, the only difference is the breed of the chicken!!! Some stores actually will promote brown eggs as organic because they’re brown just to pinch you for more money. What is really cool are eggs (and this only happens once in a while) is when you get a double yoke because that means your day’s gonna be lucky, per my grandma! She had one chicken that consistently gave her double yoked eggs…little treasures…

What a great idea for a pizza crust. Fast, easy, and a huge freedom to use any toppings. Could also be used for a dessert if topped with brown sugar + cinnamon or pumpkin spice, top with pecans towards the end of cook time. Cream or yoghurt or cottage cheese + egg white + fruit jam + cinnamon or coconut sprinkle. Cheese cake and etc..

My favorite breakfast is Spanish omelet made in the oven, simple and delicious.

Where did you get that pan from with a removable handle?

You can plant that onion end in dirt and get another onion it will root

What are you spraying on the produce?
