Have recently read your current book and was fascinated at how the deep sea is so important to our world's future. Thank you for opening my eyes to so much beauty and many marvelous creatures. Also thanks for being a voice to stop Deep Sea Mining and mass slaughter of species we haven't even seen yet! Plastics used and tossed away (like single use plastic bags and polystyrene) are the bane of our existence. We should outlaw all codes 4-6 currently being made IMHO since they aren't economically or logistically recyclable. Keep up the good work, Dr. Scales! ~Dr. Greer from South Carolina in USA.
