Terrific, informative! Makes me wish I lived in the UK because nobody here will pick up these machines for service. We must transport from our home to the shop and back again when done.

Thank you for this. I have brother SE600 but want to purchase Entrepreneur 6-plus PR670E embroidery machine for my business. Which embroidery editing and digitizing software do you suggest I buy to use together with it ma'am. Does it come with cap hoop attachment or can I use cap hoops purchased separately? If yes, what cap hoop size is ok for it? Will appreciate your advise and earnest opinion. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi I just got PR 670 and watched the lovely video setting up thread on the (which)needle. I noticed that there is one needle that wasn’t set up. As I tried to set up mine I can set up only 5 not six is that the case.
You used a logo that seem to be pre program in the machine. If I want to import my own design into the machine, what type of file format it will take? As exemple: Is an SVG format file could be compatible?
