Buy the mods… worth it. The organization will be there. Yes, expensive but you chose to buy one of the best bags in the world. Hand made. I have the 30L as well and a 26L Conceal OPS with a bottle pocket. Love them.

Hmmm, I don't need a lot of organization so that's perhaps why it didn't bother me. I think with just a piece of foam at the bottom the laptop part is fine. I know it's a bummer to add to a $400 bag but it does do the trick. Hopefully they get more of the MODs in stock. They are built wonderfully.

@@jtinseoul7041 this is my main problem with them. They don’t have anything in stock. They responded nicely but when they don’t have it in stock it makes the bag useless. I am all for buying US Made and all for top quality over luxury brand names. But sell and provide it all as a kit also and have everything available. I would have gladly spent $750 to have a bag that I could make my own and it would live up to the hype. I have so many bags. I recently added the Able Carry Max. Love it. The other thing is I am a world traveler. I run an investment company, and I literally travel nonstop four to six months per year. I have to take a MacBook, iPad, kindle and two iPhones. That takes up more bag space than one would think. I also need one suit which I wear when flying with a pair of nice shoes. Everything else that fits in the bag is casual and workout style clothing. It doesn’t look as professional to have a backpack, but I just don’t give a damn most of the time. My ultimate bag is closer to a GoRuck GR2, Evergoods CTB35, and Brown Buffalo crossover. There are things I like and dislike about all of them. I feel like Brown Buffalo Conceal 30L would be perfect if it just had the organization I need. Even if I have to pay extra. It just has to be available. I am willing to pay extra to have the laptop compartment have three CM of space in a false bottom. And one would think since the owner is a bag designer he would really understand that. I need the bag to look good. Get my stuff from A to B to C and back to A. I need my MacBook to be safe from a slight drop. Is it really too much to ask? I really am not going to stuff a t-shirt at the bottom to help protect the laptop. It’s one of the bag’s primary jobs for ME. I love talking bags. I love your videos. I just wish they could provide an all-in-one kit at Brown Buffalo. Then I could take and make it work exactly the way I want it to. The interior looks awesome for sizing. The straps are great. The front pocket is nice to allow me to put in a way to organize the way I want but the organization tools aren’t available. Like GoRuck will I wait years for the part I want? Who knows. But I just find unforgivable that in this day and age of travel my laptop cannot be suspended three CM off the bottom of the bag. Design 101 right there!

Varies, I believe they use very extensive robust velcro which for the most part takes a LONG LONG time to wear out. In general velcro can wear out but it takes a while to wear out.
