One of the more colorful characters of the Battle of Gettysburg who ended up being a wrecking ball on Day 2 was none other than General Dan Sickles. Sickles would be wounded in that battle when a cannonball struck him in the leg. In this episode, we have an amazing artifact from the Gettysburg Museum of History that is connected to the wounding of General Sickles.
