I used zyns to keep the vaping cravings away. It worked. I eventually even stopped using zyns daily. Still do whenever I feel like it, but if they all vanished right now I’d be cool.

RIP to Pops, losing mine was awful as well and I had some crazy shroom trips thinking about him crying my eyes out but seeing his face and like beautiful things like fish swimming across my CEVs or flowers/ butterflies and stuff, it made me feel like he was there understanding my grief and it healed me a lot

Shit like that kinda makes me glad my dad is dead to me. Like I’ll never have to go through that atleast. Obviously I lost out on a lot not having him in my developmental years but not really because he’s a demon amongst men😂 I think about it a lot whether it’s easier never having that connection in the first place or having that connection and then losing it. Either way I’m sorry to hear about that. He lives on through you.

I am talking about my grandpa btw, my biological father OD’d and passed about 2 years prior which is why I kinda got into drugs in the first place along with a hard breakup but ig everything happens for a reason lol

I quit smoking straight cigs regularly years ago now, only really using it to mix joints with, but recently I decided to stop doing that so now I hit those heat-not-burn smokes that you use in a vape device and let me tell you I got that nic effect again. Its like regular smoking but without the horrible ass taste and sick feeling the burnt taste inspires. That being said, they can take some getting used to, but as a heavy smoker already you should be fine. If you search them on YT you'll find that smoker guy's review on them which inspired me to try them out. Really couldn't recommend more if you want a solid smoking experience without a lot of the usual side effects.

I remember the first cigarette my bro ever gave me a puff of it was either newport or marlboro so it must have been a strong variety like a marlboro red or something, i puffed and then started coughing and cringing and told him "whoa?! Wtf?! Why does it feel like air mixed with tiny pieces of glass shards?" But the interesting thing is its kinda like adaptation and as i continued puffing the sensation got smoother and more like normal air without the rough glassy feeling, eversince then if i smoke on occasion i never feel the glassy throat hit anymore, its almost like a thing that only happens when the very first cigarette u have but goes away eventually

I want to say that i’ve been through a lot in life. I’m deeply sorry for your loss. I struggled with inhalation addiction for a year on and off. I graduated high school last week with honors. The only way I ever did it was with sleeping to your videos. They helped me and entertained me through my morning all the way to sleeping. Thank you for everything. ❤
Another thing smokers and past smokers need to be on the lookout for is esophageal cancer. Often it isn’t detected until stage four, and at the point is has either blocked the esophagus completely and/or metastasized. Thats how I lost my dad and I miss him every day, and it was so preventable. If you notice yourself or a loved one choking a lot, like food “going down the wrong pipe”, please get checked out. It could be a mass blocking the esophagus and it’s a very very aggressive cancer.
I’ve never done any drugs before but then I kind of forgot nicotine is a drug… one time I smoked a 20 pack on a night out and projectile vomited out of a friends car window. I didn’t smoke except when drunk and only a couple when I did so this was a stupid decision on my part. Also I’m asthmatic lmao. I used to sometimes have a cigarette and then immediately after a puff of my inhaler. Anyway I’m in my 30s now and haven’t smoked in 5+ years. Do not miss it.
I smoked cigarettes everyday for 3 years straight, started to vape for about 2 months, and then recently swapped to hemp cigarettes without nicotine/tobacco. So far I’m 3 weeks clean from any nicotine and the cbd smokes have really helped fulfill the desire to smoke but are a lot easier to manage. I don’t really feel like I necessarily need them to survive which is nice because that’s what inspired me to quit cigarettes, vapes, and nicotine in general. I’m not the healthiest individual, but I value my freedom and nicotine felt like a chain preventing me from achieving and exemplifying what I deem to be freedom. The first week is terrible, and there’s nothing that compares to a cigarette in my opinion, but it definitely feels refreshing to function without needing a smoke every time I try and do something.
To be fair, hardcore nic addiction really is no joke. Its an INCREDIBLY addictive chemical and the fact that its been so widely marketed over such a long, long time is just another example of how flawed the system really is.
I fully stopped smoking cigarettes and decided to vape to wean off, honestly, I feel like I'm consuming much more nicotine just because I don't have to go outside to smoke now. It sucks, I hope we can both stop eventually. Good luck!
Best thing to do is set timers to when you can do it. Should feel better anyway cause the longer the wait the better it feels. Also you can get a nic free vape and use it most of the time and save the nic one for certain times
Used to mix tobacco with weed for 2 years and finished 1 pack every 5-6-7 days, then I had a breathing scare, the very next day I quit the crap and now I’ve been clean 7 months.

my nicotine addiction is pretty brutal. i used to rip multiple bowls of pipe tobacco out of my 18" bong daily and i sometimes vape 50mg juice at 40+ watts. it's actually a crack level head rush where you feel like you're gonna faint

I was vaping for like over 4 years basically 24/7. I even disabled my smoke detector so i could vape inside too. The first thing i did every morning was grabbing my vape and the last thing was putting it back. I quit about 1.5 years ago because of my girlfriend and to this day, i still crave that feeling. I wish i had never touched nicotine because i know if my girlfriend ever leaves me, ill become addicted again
I thought I was the only one who does this. I dose right and have a tolerance to nic it’s a great high and feels like a great short trip with a full body sensation but please remember only do like a little layer that barley covers the weed you can do different methods like grinding it in the weed or layering it it’s all different affect on how you choose to do it. Only works by snapping from a decent bong and enjoy
I remember my friend getting prescribed 30MG dexadren. Dextromethamphetamine is the actually name . If anyone has taken those they know . He would take a half , on a day where he really need to lock in he’d take a whole . I bought some from him . 5 to be exact . He said , take half or one at max and me being young and dumb I also took 5 like in the story . Needless to say to say , my vision was legit like vibrating and I could see it vibrating, on top of paranoia , and overall just geeked out haha. Since then I’ve had them again but I’d take one and one is enough . You can always take more but never take less. Rule of thumb
I quit vaping when my friend handed me a salt nic vape and I took 3 consecutive deep lung hits and literally lost my ability to think and exist. Literally the most insane feeling ive ever experienced.
I normally try not to be too harsh because I’m sure most of the posters are millennials or younger. It’s in the nature to be a drama queen but these stories are just too much. Bring back thicker skin.

I think I’ve had that “nic rush” when I took a hit too hard on an elf bar for the first time and was confused that it felt that way since it wasn’t weed. I didn’t feel any need to continue smoking nicotine. I didn’t start smoking weed or really drinking until I was 23 which I feel has helped me avoid developing dependency which is very lucky.

Maaaan I did pure nicotine once and it was fucking AWFUL. It was like 4 hours straight off and on intense nausea and an oddly intense, annoying brain load.
