I'm 43 now. I've been using Creatine since I was 15 when I started football in high school, not the whole time, and my brother never did (he's 45). We were both in multiple sports, grew up in the same house, same food, etc. - He's had multiple broken bones, I never had one. - I gained much more mass and have more "power" than he ever did, but that could also be determined by other factors; work ethic, additional diet, different person, etc. - In the last 15 years of my life I've had issues with depression, but on days when it's particularly bad and taking a walk in the sun, working out, having a sweet or any other type of thing doesn't work to lighten my mood, I've actually noticed that taking about 10-15g of creatine does in fact help me. Maybe not immediately, but the next day I feel great! I thought it was a placebo effect that worked, even though I knew about it...which doesn't sound like it makes sense because that's a contradictory statement, but it does lol. I had no idea it had neurological benefits. I just noticed when I would take it in the past I always felt like I was in a good mood but I often attributed it to working out alone, which is a good mood changer by the way. Especially running.

I found the description of infrared therapy to be overgeneralized. Led lights don't penetrate more than a cm or so and are mostly good for skin tightening and chemical components that release from the skin. The references that the Led companies give are 95% red laser studies not Led. The references that pertain to Led lights are crappy. Lasers can penetrate 4cm and are much better for joint pain and the doses of light, measured in joules, are much higher.

just eat a lot of red meat. Base your diet around it. Its why creatine is so effective. I went carnivore and within just over a week I was lifting heavier then I ever had been. Thats at 40 years old too. I was eating up to 200g of protein from beef per day. Some people go much higher. You can probably take creatine on top of that too, but I doubt its useful as you get so much from beef anyway. Maybe it being refined like that would increase absorption though.

Within 2 weeks I started to get a dull pain at the left high point in my chest. Coming up to 4 weeks of daily use the pain got worse. No supporting evidence. Your more likely to die from other factors in your life than prostate cancer. It's a slow moving cancer which is why other factors are more likely to kill you first.

starts to denature at around 115 degrees. But even in raw meat the levels are not significant. You might build up over time (but probably the over requirement from training depletes it quickly) and maybe you'd expect better bioavailability. Supplementing is probably optimal though even on raw carnivore if your goals are training based.@@EngineeringFun

Creatine is considered a natural product, however it is a highly processed chemical concoction. It is synthetic. There is no way you could ever eat enough meat compared to the creatine that is typically taken. If you take creatine you are no longer a natural lifter, no matter what anybody says. Studies are only as good as the variables used. Creatine is an extremely profitable product. I am going to stick with quality real food and do what I am naturally able to accomplish rather than let my ego build a fake facade.
