I can't thank you enough for these! The images are as beautiful as the Dhamma is compelling. As a Theravadin practitioner, anapanasati is at the heart of my practice. I will use this often! Sadhu, Mitta!

Yes, I have often found that being surrounded by people, I get mentally drained. I went to the CNE (a big summer festival with rides, games, lights, noises etc.). The day after, I felt almost hungover, but mentally. And needed a full day of silence to fully recover from the experience of being there. I have found that I need to take mental breaks, to meditate. Just like a car eventually runs out of gas, we must fill up the gas tank to continue driving. It's the same with taking a mental break. We must fill up our mental "gas" tanks.❤

What is wandering thoughts? Worry is wandering throught. If worries can bring you benefit or help you to obtain what you are seeking then Buddhas don't have to teach sentient beings. The choice of our thoughts is very important. What you think is what you get or what you will become. If our thoughts is just one thought Amitabha Buddha then our benefit is definitely the inconceivable good fortune, good health and longevity and wisdom. If your thoughts are greed, hatred, ignorance , jealousy etc, these negatives thoughts clouding in your minds then you are inviting troubles into your lives. Worries are the main culprit that block all the true benefits originally all human should have. These are human's true qualities : Sincerity, Kindness, Majestic Appearance and Wisdom. 🙏🙏🙏 Amitabha Buddha

The Buddha was a black man and so was Jesus. It's the age of Aquarius. The truth will be known.

This is divisive, ignorant, and unskilful. May you too find peace. ❤ 10:56

@@kdvine91 Obviously YOU'RE not at peace or you would feel no need to comment on this. Calling the truth divisive and ignorant is manipulative and agenda driven. What part of Buddha being black changes the concept of Buddhism? Nothing. So, if he was black let the truth be known. Don't act like you're a Buddhist with passive aggression toward your own biased. Do your research. The fact that a factual statement was met by negativity from you with no grounds, exposes your heart. Prove me wrong about the buddha being black.

@@isaiahwhite4451 The Buddha* that you refer to was actually from India. You often keep repeating yourself. Like shouting at the top of a mountain with no one listening. You keep repeating the word "truth" like a child that keeps whining that they're not getting their way. You say I'm not at peace when in fact, all I do is spread kindness and The Truth. Not your truth* but The Truth. There is a big difference. Like a puddle to an ocean. Like an apple to an orange. I'm very sorry you feel so much negativity that you must lash out with such ignorance. Again, may you too find an end to your* suffering. Not mine. But yours. Namaste ❤️
