What´s your experience with them. Im thinking on buying some (I never bought brand new balls before, only used ones found in the course), I can´t think of another brand worth the money.

@Krotos I have been a fan since trying them 2 yrs ago. They are so inexpensive that I don't care if they get scuffed up or lost. I am on my third dozen in 2 yrs and still have most of them in my shag bag. I play a new one every round and keep one in my pocket and a different number one in my pocket for drops or provisionals. They do well for distance for me and I like the feel on shorter shots. I have played softer balls and harder ones but for the price these are super.

Paused the video at the 0:06 mark and the model is indeed on the box. Been considering switching to the SD-05 for a while now. I think it's time to go for it. Love the fact that they're Irish as well!

Still cheaper than a Pro-v1 and if you get the subscription (I get 12 every 2 months) it works out cheaper again.

This seems to be the issue with all these budget Pro v "killers". I love the feel and performance of Vice balls but same thing happens to the covers on those balls as well

Totally agree with you on that one. Tried them over a month and they cut up very easily especially from 100 yards in. Durability is very poor. Loving

I'd have to dispute your comment a bit I've been gaming the Vice Pro Plus now for a few months and they have been excellent. Spin in the short game is more than enough to have the ball rip back on the greens, they are as long if not longer than a Prov1 off the driver, distance control in the irons is spot on and the durability is unquestionable. I used the same ball for 4 rounds in a row 2 weeks ago and it was completely unmarked after being thinned out of bunker, bounced off trees from point blank range and my dog running off with it. It did eventually get lost and at £150 for 5 dozen (they did include a free dozen as well) I wasn't too sad. I've got 7 dozen TP5's and 2 dozen Prov1x sitting in the hallway along with 5 dozen Bridgestone BXS which are my regular gamers so I do have knowledge of "the others" Now I've gone back to losing 1 ball a round because the rough is already waist high on my courses I can't see the downside of using a cheaper ball that performs as well if not better in some areas.

Seed do two other lower spinning balls if that's what you're looking for, the SD-02 and the SD-X1. I've been using the Seed subscription for 18 months now and I'm loving them. I also gave some to friends and they have now converted.

@@chrissellings to each his own! I tried the Pro Plus and according to Rapsodo my spin went up with all clubs except starting at my 9 iron where it fell! I lost anywhere from 5-10 yards with my woods through 7 iron. My results are not out of the ordinary either! Go look up My Golf Spy’s independent robot test of golf balls, and you’ll see this to be true of all of the DTC brands! Quite frankly the only discount ball that comes close is the Maxfli Tour which again has SEVERE durability issues!

@@dmkfactor1721 I don't go by numbers 🙂 I go by what I see Distance isn't an issue for me, I've got plenty. If you lost distance it's probably down to not being able to compress a Vice Pro Plus properly. One of the strongest attributes of the Vice Pro Plus for me is it's stability in the wind. Quite often a Pro V1 will spin up way too much into the wind and drop woefully short of it's intended target or get buffeted all over the place off the driver. The Pro Plus has got enough spin to stop nicely for me into the wind and height to have a steep enough landing angle downwind. It's a great ball for the money. Pro V1's and 1x's are 60 dollars a dozen in the UK 😮 I play golf 4-5 times a week.... Have a bad few holes with proper rough in play and then tell me that putting a Prov1 in play is worth my while for the only benefit of how they feel off the putter.
