Its been a long time in the making and finally we get to see my built Mirage 3a92 come to life! In the video I'm fabricating the turbo manifold and the rest of the exhaust system. Replaced the axle seals several times since they damage easy. New 1000cc matched fuel injectors. A single GTX2860r is suppling the power. The biggest change is my ECU, I'm now running a MS3Pro-EVO as there was problems with my MS3X. All together

@@DirtGearTv yeah I agree I don't think I will be going crazy like you have but I certainly want to throw it in and see how it performs. With that being said, can I bug you on occasion with questions? Mainly on the ECU?

What brand and size pistons are you using? What piston rods are you using? Has the valve shim been replaced?

Nice. Sloppy welds are still welds. Imma point out one thing, the MapDaddy 4 bar sensor lets you go up to 3 bar of boost, ~44psi. Looking at one retailer they list the pressure at 5.0v as 416.5kpa. I know that sounds like 60psi but there is already 14.7psi of atmosphere. 416.5 kpa is 60.4psi of absolute pressure, that means the sensor will be pegged at 5.0v output at 45.7psi of positive pressure in the manifold. These look like GM sensors at heart, there is a GM 4 bar sensor that has the same limits.

I’m going to have to worry about all those things. Ill try and tune out the massive torque I had in low rpm range with the electronic boost control

I'm definitely following along to see how this all holds up (not trying to be negative or anything) I've already blown up second gear in my mirage at stock power 140k miles in. Of course your carrying alot less weight so you shouldn't have as much stress on the transmission. The stock axles hold up really well tbh I recommend not staking the nut on install though. My stock axles threads were too far gone after unbolting them twice to use again.

I’m already having issues with 2nd (hard to get into gear) after accidentally trying to do a booster launch from 2nd 🤦🏼‍♂️

@@DirtGearTv I used to slam my car into second alot because I found it actually was sort of fun if you ran first about all the way until redline and then hit second about as fast as you could. I got the tires to spin all the way into third in the rain a few times lol. But now second is so far gone I could break the shift tower before I get it engaged.

In Asia they are using piggy back modules for tuning purposes, I can't recall which manufacturer though. AFAIK no tuners developed the cable connections needed to reprogram the factory ecu without piggyback

Haha, I was going to build it for 300hp, somewhere is the process I told all parts companies to make sure it could handle 500... We’ll find out soon enough 😜
