The Burning of the Piper's Hut (traditional Scottish) performed by the Cleveland Celtic Ensemble. Upcoming concerts and tickets here: www.clevelandce...
Well done, Tiffany. When a peppy tune has a sad title, I think it’s begging for an exploration like this, and you did it justice. Lovely, thoughtful, full of questions and sorrow. Gorgeous.
👏Hi Tiffany - Great performance! BTW: You have the most difficult part of the ensemble. That is to say, the other musicians only have to read one line of music: in the treble clef. You as a harpist, on the other hand, have to read two lines of music: the bass clef notes with your left hand, and the treble clef notes with your right hand - and at the same time no less! For me, if I were ambidextrous (which I’m not) that would be like trying to write both English and Spanish with both hands at the same time.
& Who can know what lilts of King David might well have played of these? Who? ~Just another one of those many ones of we, who's awaiting His✝Just⚖Return🪃.
