I am one of the affected people in Georgia. Thank you Ryan, your live reporting is what made my family realize how serious things were. We prepared and we are safe.
Hey Jenna, I was impacted by one of the tornados in Arkansas last year. Recovery is a long and hard process. I know I expected to be back to normal by the end of the year, unfortunately other situations have delayed my long term recovery. I'll be thinking about you and your family, you can endure. Much love -MM.
If ever I was in a time of need, these folks are the ones I would trust to deliver the goods. Y'all are the greatest. Thank you for all you do. People helping people, now that is the American spirit! Donate if you can, I have.
Ryan you all are literal lifesavers. I know you have teams on the ground in stricken areas. If there are groups or families with PETS in need, let me know. We are putting together a PET supply run for Eastern TN. God Bless.
Prayers and safety to all my NC, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee peeps, I'm so sorry to see this devastation to your small quiet towns. Thank you Ryan Hall for donations to charity.
I felt good donating to Yall Squad knowing the money would go to what the people and area needed.. They were on the ground immediately. If you have not done so yet, donate to Y'all Squad!! They have been getting it done! Thank you to Ryan and your team.
I’m in Western NC. No one is coming to save us. We are having to save each other. Ryan, God bless you and your team. Y’all are angels. This is the new America.
I can't believe they're stopping people. They're stopping FEMA food coming in.This is ridiculous this is insane. I heard fema keeping it for themselves or Sending to iran
The area of devastation is so far and wide. There were military vehicles and troops yesterday searching for people in Garren Creek. That Community was washed out. There a many helicopters flying over us in Fairview NC. Help is here but they can only do so much. Don't lose hope❤
I live in Transylvania county NC. Our county is not horrible like those around us. They are using 4wheelrs and mules to reach the unreachable. This whole area will never ever be the same. I am so proud of all the locals who are stepping up and helping and all the outsiders who are sending in supplies like Ryan Hall Ya'll! ❤
Used to have a place up Silverstein / Golden Road area in Lake Toxaway. If anyone knows how that area is, we have friends up there. Hope everyone is ok. Thanks for sharing. Thank you Ryan and all those volunteers
God bless all the work you guys are doing and the people that have donated. Prayers for all the people who are affected and that they are blessed by your nonprofit.
Thank you Ryan and crew for all of your hard work! My husband and I stopped watching weather channels as soon as we found you! We’ve shared with many people as we trust you all so much more!!!
Ryan I'm in Chuckey TN and I depended on you for coverage and by listening to you I prepared and was able to do disaster relief for the animals in mine and the surrounding areas. Thank you ❤
Consistently stellar coverage. Can't thank yall enough; I know there's a slough of folks giving their all to the team effort behind the scenes. Yall saved our butts when yall covered a tornado in Hendersonville, TN last year. Yall called it on the ground, and I had time to run outside and spot it before the sirens ever went off. Passed about 100m from our apartment! Yall are doing good work.
I cover 13 states in the Midwest for work, I always make sure I’m tuned in to your channel before a trip/ during an event. Thank you to you and your team! I’ve shared your channel so many times to some older people who rely on the news
For all those that might have family up in the outskirts of Greenville, South Carolina area, just found out a lot of them are now getting power and roads are being cleared. Thank you to all thoses hard working people.
I have donated to Y’all Squad previously and did so again today. I have watched them take the donated funds and distribute SUPPLIES and money to those impacted by these natural disasters. Please consider a donation, no amount is too small if we all pull together. No one has ever become poor from giving.
The YT channel, CELEBRATING APPALACHIA's Tipper Pressley (in Western NC) has been suggesting to her 250K subscribers to support RYAN HALL Y'ALL with donations, as she trusts his mission - as we all do. Hugs AND SUCH GRATITUDE to all from Oklahoma.
That's great news. I REFUSE to ever give another dime to the "American Red Cross", Salvation Army, or Catholic Charities. Right now, I am only donating to RyanHallYall's bunch. His group is the only one I trust. Stay safe, ya'll!🙏🇺🇲🙏
Hey y'all, sadly I lost my house and everything in Hurricane Helen. An update from the sticks of yancey right on the cane river is that everyone is okay, and we cleared the road to Tennessee. Stay safe, y'all!
Thank you Ryan for these updates!!!! Im watching the tropics for my best friend who lives in GA and is very close to having her baby and shes very nervous. She made it through Hurricane Helene but thought she was going into labor and also lost power. (They have power back but not everything is back to normal yet and her and her family is fine)
I’ve been “selling” your weather prognostications to all my acquaintances as the most accurate on the inter web. Thank you for level headed diagnostics without instilling fear. Keep up the great work. I’m sure you’re exhausted but many of us on the eastern coast depend on you for accuracy and reliability. You can rest this spring !
As a french, i'm closely watching Kirk 'cause it's raining for weeks here and with the expected winds brough up by the storm, a lot of trees will go down
Definitely a way better weather report than most multi million dollar news channels because you explain everything not just what’s going on but why it’s happening and the effects it will have afterwards
What a perfect explanation of the weather patterns for the next two weeks! I love your style of reporting. We are in the heat wave here in Las Vegas, glad to know it should be cooling off by 10/17. Need some relief before trick or treat or the fall activities just don’t hit the same. Thanks, Ryan!
You don’t get 2.1 million subscribers by having bad content. I check with Ryan before any other weather information. Had a tornado in our town this year and had Ryan’s live stream playing through it all.
Oh but the news says only about 50 missing 😒 I spoke to a friend of mine from North Carolina. He is at a shelter. He said it is devastating. At the shelter they have Starlink (thank you DT and EM). Please pray for these people.
It's time like this where accurate, reliable information is especially crucial. Some people may not have access to the same info as others. I'm sure no one wants those affected or those that have family members/ loved ones missing to feel like their heart ache has gone unnoticed. I read your comment, and it made me wonder why any news outlet would report lower numbers of missing people. That would be a huge error on their part and should be called out so they can correct it. So, I did a quick Google search. I searched, "number of missing people in areas affected by Hurricane Helene." Every outlet reported the same thing. Every single article I've read so far said, "hundreds still missing" across six states. The articles from various outlets include CBS, FOX Weather, ABC, NBC, BBC, NPR, AP, The Independent, The Washington Post, The Guardian, CBC, Reuters, CNN, FOX 9 Minneapolis, Newsweek, People, USA Today... and I'm not done going through the list that popped up yet. Do you know the name of the news outlet reporting only 50 missing? I'd love to read/ watch their report and then reach out to them. Stay safe out there, everyone.
Thank you as always Ryan. One of the only people out there that I can rely on to just lay out the information for us and lets us know what’s going on. Semi nervous for the system that could try to turn into something once it crosses Yucatán into the gulf… glad we’ll have you to keep us up to date! Thank you again Ryan, amazing video as always, and the Y’all Squad ROCKS ❤
They are forgetting the smaller towns. We need help too. Need dishsoap, grill lighters, bleach and cleaning supplies. Drop off at Jonathan Creek Elementary. Its a distribution center for now.
last year in mid october i went camping in arkansas and it rained 3 days straight in mid october... praying to god not to have a repeat this year as it may be looking w/ that western ridge x.x
