Tattoo was already drawn on and trousers were rolled up (hence the legs crossed) but the name and date was left blank. When she said her name and d.o.b, guy hidden under desk fills in the blanks while he recalls a crazy story and goes into detail. When the sock is pulled back up and trousers pulled over, that is green light to reveal tattoo and amaze your audience ;)
