Hi, for all of those of you who may not have watched this clearly enough, Benjamin does not have a bowl hair cut 😝🤣 ! He was one of the most stylish musicians so take another look, he had a headband on similar to Mike Reno in Loverboy, a look that was pretty popular in those days and I think it suits Benjamin perfectly. The band is a similar colour to his hair so perhaps this is why fans see it as a bowl hair cut. 😉NEVER 😂 I think the clip is pretty dark and not that clear , I am sure it was much clearer if you had been there 😀

And here we are: 22+ years After Ben Orr left this place. I so would like to believe he now fully knows how much he meant and means to this world. Thousands, world over still searching, seeking, listening, watching this Great accomplished musician, singer, song writer, 22+ years later. The world lost a wonderful human being when Benjamin Orr lost his battle with Cancer. Struck down and struck hard, he still preformed on stage a mere 6 days before he passed. Amazing human being. The world over knows this talented humble man is still very much alive in our hearts. His greatest legacy: Benjamin Orr Jr.

Je ne connaissais pas the cars seulement de nom et je ai découvert par hasard cette année en juin 2021 ce chanteur Ben ORR pratiquement inconnu en france car je ne vois pratiquement pas de commentaires en francais.Depuis je suis fan absolue.Je sais donc qu'il est décédé il y a 21 ans le 3 octobre 2000.Repose en paix BEN.

This, is, Fantastic!!! I’ve never seen this one, what a deep well to draw from. Don’t know where to start. I’m kinda drawn to Elliot he’s really sexy in this, and Ric I think he’s striking here as well no sunglasses and he’s even singing. And well Ben, I could go on forever about him. Great version all the way around.

The Cars with Benjamin Orr on Lead Vocals perform Candy-O Live Metro in Boston on Dec. 7, 1982, I was told my friend had given me incorrect information, I believe this was a Christmas charity event for children, called something like Toys for Tots or so. A rare uptempo version, with Ben playing quarter notes on bass rather than the half notes like every other live version and the recorded version. I realized its more comfortable to play this version AND sing it at the same time, and Im not a natural born singer so it makes a difference for me.
