'The Case for the Defence' in Hurling - Martin Fogarty - South East Coaching Workshop 2016 

Martin Fogarty, the National Hurling Development Manager and former Kilkenny selector, gives a coaching workshop on defensive skills of hurling at the South East Coaching Workshop in Ballygunner GAA Club.
Martin's sessions are always entertaining and loaded with lots of nuggets of insight that coaches can use in their own sessions. During the hour he covered the principles of defending in hurling, with lots of practical tips that coaches can use to instruct players.
