This guy should receive an award. I am a Nigerian and i am doing an MBA in Mauritius. My lecturer was those proud accountants and knew we were from diverse fields other than accounting. the content and teaching style is simple and helpful for beginners. I have a question here. What if there is an overdraft facility made available for business. How is it treated in the cash budget, as it cannot be considered as cash inflow just like any other loan.

I thought based on Sales Budget in the prev. vid - for Q1 we have 'available' 19,000 not 17,500. Because we had 10,000 at the start of the year overflown from the year before plus 9,000 (60% of 15,000) we calculated to sell bicycles for. Confusing!
