Just give the Hawks credit. The Hawks are a dangerous team, but they had a bad start this season. Also, they have been decimated by injuries.

It's not the loss that concerned ppl, it's how they lost it. It's frustrating to watch 2 team carries play so inconsistency in the last 10mins of a game. If they made right decisions but unlucky shots that's acceptable. they lost with mishandling the ball, poor coach decisions, taking bad shots, soft ball. These are poison in playoffs.

Joe Mazzulla said his press conference that he was tinkering with the cross matches because he wanted KP to get reps against top elite perimeter guards like DJ. U need those reps so u can prepare yourself in the playoffs against guys like Jalen Brunson, Damian Lillard. Erik Spoelstra did the same thing with the Heatles in Miami too; they were willing to give up games in which they’ve already clinched the 1 seed just so they can experience and tinker with rotations. U can afford to do that when you’ve already wrapped up your seeding in the playoffs, but they didn’t do that in middle of the season when they were dominating and blowing out teams. This is not a cause for concern, y’all need to relax.

This team loses two games in a row, after winning 20 of their previous 22 games, and everyone is up in arms bout this team, not acknowledging everything they’ve done to get this point where they can relax and take a few games off.
