This type of story needs to be updated. WE NEED STORIES THAT MAKE FEMALE LEAD HAVE A BACKBONE. it's not always about loving someone, it's having the self-respect that one deserves. Writers pls keep up with the times, we need strong minded women in these stories.
Are you kidding me. These are chinese soaps. They teach and encourage women to be servile to men. Only have male children and be a martyr no matter how badly you husband/boyfriend/boss treats you. Above all else preserve the family facade and face. I watch them because they are so bad that they are amusing.
Lol the woman hide the fact the closest person to her after her mother is woman who literally was the reason of his mother's death. Man blindly gave 2% shares of his huge company and she gave them to her aunt behind her back. I agree what he did publicly was extreme but she betrayed him first, he still gave her chance asking her if she has any secret to share before wedding she shamelessly refused
To the directors and story writers, we don't always want to see the FL and ML end up together. If such person was there in reality would any self respect person go back to him whatever the reason. You want drama then have some creativity, don't degrade the FL characters and think it's okay.
This kind of relationship in real life will not last long.. too many misunderstandings.. the guy is the type who will believe others rather than his lover.. he will not believe any explanation..he was arrogant and prideful and selfish…
I seen enough clips of this drama to know I won’t be able to watch this drama at all: won’t be able to see a jerk having a happy end with the female who heart and self respect he shred into pieces and for her to accept him 🙄… oh no I will not
I know he humiliated her on their wedding day but this is only a drama it’s not real. The way they met and the rest of the drama is actually really romantic. I would recommend it. They lived together for a minute and nobody knew about it they were cute roommates….🥰

i realize that people are just trying to be polite, but i would be taking a page out of the telenovela handbook and going off on that person. Something along the lines of "you are a jerk. I don't want to be married to a jerk. I can work with you, but i am not dating you. I don't want to talk to you other than work and i am going to have to find another place to work if you keep trying to talk to me about personal stuff. " and i would probably have a few 4 letter words in that little conversation.

Hello to the Chinese drama creators, if you are seeing this, I have an advice. Most of us viewers don’t want a female lead that’s pathetic and so in love with the entitled male lead that they lose their self respect. If you guys want to pursue this kind of story, which we don’t mind at all, make sure you at least don’t make the female lead depressed and sad and crying in every second scene. She should get back at him for the humiliation she suffered. Not be bothered by him, and possibly exploring another love angle. That said, ending up with the ex is subjective, or keep an open ending in this case. Jeez.
