Black men are some of the most gorgeous creatures that God ever blessed this earth with, umm DAMN! I realize that I am a few years behind, but this was extremely good, the writing, story line, absolutely amazing!

for real, FOR REAL? I can't believe something so honest, so authentic, so based on a brother's love, about a PARTICULAR black gay life, has actually made it to such a vast median. congratulations gentleman for putting this excellent piece forward. please PLEASE! keep it up.

I got chills when he said "He calls himself Boo" LIKE WOW! This was Brialliant!

This is deep drama, I really hope you guys continue this series.

This Work was very professionally done, with quality storyline, this is what most gay men want to see weather you are DL or not. Because I was DL in High school and came out at the age of 21 to my family and it is true, as DL we do care about what people say or loosing love ones that knew us sine we are born. Shows like this need to be aired because It could save some peoples' lives with the spread of HIV as well as the way peoples' perception of what "gay" really is.

Nic Few, great actor and I have followed his work in theater. Great to see him on screen! Good work. Love the subject matter of this movie.

Very touching short story.

So, this INNOCENT teacher went to prison because of a lying ass student!!! And the student grows into a grown ass man WHINING about HIS problems. This is a story, but this kind of thing happens to innocent teachers who just trying to do their jobs every day! I feel that when a student is found to be making false accusations against a teacher, they need to do time as well

I can't help but look at this series for the artistic value. It goes to show that often times simple is best. Two great actors, simple characters put into an extraordinary situation. And yet, real. I can't take my eyes off of all Nic Few (Donovan) is doing as an artist. Like a master painter at his canvas, or sculptor with a simple lump of clay that he crafts into something that many will not only admire but will cause some to question their normal way of thinking. Bravo, bravo & again bravo.

I really like this show.... EDUCATION is the key to understanding.... Shows like this really help alot of people to see this subject from the point of view of the people involved...... and as a young black man, I love the fact that this story is being told in such a SERIOUS and credible way.....not like some of the other gay themed shows about black people that are cheesy and stereotypical........ GREAT JOB GUYS !!!

"Donovan" played the h*ll out of his role. Even to the point of having an actual erection which moved during the split second the shoot dropped down between his legs. I pray that the funding comes through so that we can have more episodes like this. We need these kind of quality videos which display Black Men in all of our beauty, strength and vulnerability.

It's just moving to see any content that features black men that presents us as complex human beings with range of emotions, thoughts and lives. I'm so tired on one-dimensional characterizations of us, not only by non-blacks, but also by black people. I'm just proud to see black men proactively promoting a real depiction of black men. While this series is about black men who have sexual feelings toward men, it stands as tribute to the beautiful humanity of all men of color of all sexualities.

This clip of the DL Chronicles is the best yet, by far! I'm an avid fan of the work of Deondre Gossett & Quincy Lenear, and Mr. Nic Few has just made me love their work exponentially more! I am truly in awe at Few's professional execution of this versatile role (no pun intended), displaying a piece of the breadth of the character types that he can carry out! No to mention his physical beauty. WOW! Absolutely amazing & admirable! Keep them coming! I also love that this content's so real for many.

Nic, I had to turn out the lights to watch this... The mark of a true thespian I want you to know from one artist to another you truly captured the complexity and depth of this character. Your portrayal of Donovan was absolutely RAW, RIVETING, RICH and COMPELLING and HOT... left me wanting more, and I DEMAND more. On one broken leg or no legs at all you can reach the top. why is it that shows like this don't get picked up by mainstream media!? why is it shows that depicts our struggles in the black gay community are most often ignored or dismissed? EX. noah's arc, DL chronicles, LA complex and even DTLA. it's like, as gay black men we are depicted in the stereotypical MISREPRESENTED light when it comes to mainstream media. look at ru paul's drag race. why does shows representing gay black men always have to be an "overly feminine" flamboyant character? not everyone in the gay community acts like that. i have no problem with flamboyant gay men. embrace who you are but with shows that make a mockery out of the gay BLACK community having the audience think that black gay men are all feminine, "OVER THE TOP", and dramatic with "FINGER SNAPPING" sassy punchline, that's when i have an issue with it.
