The Championship, The Final Day Of The 2008 2009 Coca Cola Football Leagues Part 1 The Championship highlights of the final day of the season from ITV's the chamionship show.
@@Ethan_Ross seeing from his profile that he's from the UK its nothing to do with time zones , and seeing that the championship on itv was always on Sunday mornings, however because this was played on Bank Holiday weekend it was shown on the Sunday night the fella was probably just confused, idiot
Back then when I was 7 and 8 years old, I'd get up early every Sunday morning to watch CITV. When that block ended I would stick around just to watch the intro not the actual football lol. For that reason the intro is incredibly nostalgic to me as well as Beautiful Day by U2
Bring back this show on ITV yeah it does have adverts but they showed more action than the BBC do now and didnt have no annoying pundits like Steve Claridge who talk tripe! Come on ITV buy the right and put this back on Sunday mornings!
I've always wanted to go see a soccer match in England. League One, CHAmpionship, Premiership, it don't matter, just get me to a soccer game in England. I live in Canada so it it'll probably have to wait until i'm out of High School and univercity
@@jacoblangford4788 Cheers pal, I’d often watch Birmingham play when I could when Keith was playing to see how he was getting on, he seemed to have more good days than bad, but I wasn’t sure how Blues fans took to him. He was a legend at Pats, had three spells with us, the first was up and down, it was obvious he had talent but seemed to have problems outside of football and it affected his temperament and attitude, got sent off in a cup final which we lost so he did have fans getting on his back, he then went to Drogheda where things got worse for him and he had a big falling out with the manager there, it looked like he was wasting a promising career. He then came back to Pats and whatever happened to him in that time the transformation was unreal, the attitude was gone and he’d turned into a proper team player, it was great to see a talented lad overcome his demons and to be just judged for his talent alone, we knew clubs would come looking but after he was MOTM in a Europa league tie with Hertha Berlin we knew it was a matter of time before he went, was delighted for him getting a promotion and a league cup win and getting capped for Ireland, and despite a shaky start to his career he managed to turn it around and got something to show for it.
I don't know what's worse? ITV's annoying adverts through out the show, or BBC's pointless chats and messages through out the show... If I had a choice, I'd say bring back the ' Football League Extra Show ' I didn't mind that on Monday Nights. Much better than 'The Championship' and 'The Football League Show'
We are not arguing mate we are discussing, and simply I won :D Yes people watch the Prem more but it's more predictable. Every year same top 4. Every few years West Brom come up and go down. Every year it's the same. In the Championship and League 1 it's SO much more unpredictable. ANYONE can go up and ANYONE can go down. it's brilliant. Far more exciting. You do know the 5 most watched Leagues in the world are Prem Spanish Championship Italian German. Championship more watched thn Italian
