The employee of the month reminded me of this traveling job I did. It was my first time and during this time frame we were working at the superdome. I noticed however, that people were acting super friendly and buttering up to the manager and that. I was so confused, until someone told me that it is because at the end of the week. While majority of us stay a little longer, three-four people are selected to go to another job two states over for the three day weekend. At this place it is full of rich people, so you get like tips of 100$+ plus and can literally make a whole check, even two in one day. Even though I found this out. I still worked normally. But during a rush hour, I had to stand in for two people. And while taking orders, running, and also cooking some of the stuff I was throwing up from my asthma. Since i can be around heat too long. At the end of the day. We ended up having a meeting like we usually did. In the meeting our manager announced who was going. He ended up calling my name, and I was so surprised. Because so many wanted it, and I wasn't even trying. He on top of it, gave me 50$ out of his own pocket as a thank you for doing a good job.

That means SpongeBob has been working at the Krusty Krab for over 31 years! Since sea sponges can survive to be 500 years old, so SpongeBob isn't going to be retiring anytime soon.

Spongebob getting fake muscles was a great idea at but in the end, it turned out bad for him. And Squidward pretending to be a ghost was good. Also it was very sweet of Spongebob to take Pearl to the high school prom. And the fact that both Spongebob and Squidward competed each other for employee the month, that got way to out of control in the end.

Don’t worry about why SpongeBob already has 26 Employee of the Month awards. The 2004 movie has him state he has 374 CONSECUTIVE awards, which equates to 31.167 years, despite the show having only been running roughly 5 years at the time.
