My stupid OCD won't be settled until the chaser has to press their buzzer and wait for their name to be called before answering the question, just like the contestants. The Chaser already has a massive advantage being a professional quizzer. 🙂
Ah, but the contestants have *two* massive advantages themselves. One being their head-start of 1 step per surviving team member (a full house’s 4-step head-start saves anywhere between 15-20 seconds), and the other being the pushback opportunities if the chasers miss a question. Both prove crucial time and time again between a win and a loss.
@@T6448_P2 Fair enough. Just consider this: If you alone had a head to head vs any Chaser, and you had a 4 step lead (by yourself), do you really think you could beat a professional quizzer over 120 seconds (about 24ish questions)? Neither of you has to press their buzzer 🙂
Nice consistent performance from the team. The Vixen had an opportunity for a banger with being 14|20 (0:52), but the ending was a bit slow plus the wrong answer. good catch regardless.
@@Harvey1211 It’s fairly good at times only when there’s a high target and the chaser storms through 20+ targets them it’s watchable but otherwise it’s just bland really plus no one really gets 10,000+ CashBuilder’s now compared the previous series, Series 1-5 were the show’s golden years. What’s your favourite series and chaser and why?
Watching the contestant Alex, he doesn't keep his hand on the buzzer so he has to move it six inches every time he has an answer. He's very knowledgeable, the team might have got one or two more answers if he fixed this!
At the same time, under all the excitement, you don’t want to accidentally hit the buzzer, or shake your head so much that it registers as hitting the buzzer. I mean, I know it’s from the Australian version but we all remember the ‘Pineapple’ incident…
A lot of guessable answers in Jenny’s questions. Just some, Shane - Warne, Wings - Mull of Kintyre, Ken Booth - Jamaica, big cat - Lion, and 2 hour race - Marathon. If the contestants had chosen set B they would have got these.
