hands down the best battle music so far with how smooth the transition is aswell as how well it conveys the atmosphere of the chasm

I'm annoyed that it's only 2 enemies available in the area feels too short to listen on the music.

First time I descended into the inverted ruins inm chasm, all that atmosphere was building up on me, each music darker and more atmospheric, made me feel I was going where I should never be, especially how distorted everything was, and how abyssal it looked. Shamaran the Sheeshroom was a breath of fresh air after ...what... the third big descent? Then I finally used the gate thing, and wanting to scream to Zhiqiong "STAY THE FUCKING RIGHT HERE, WEAKLING! DON'T GO TEPPEI ON ME!! I LITERALLY FOUGHT AN ARCHON AND I'M AFRAID MY ASS WILL BE HANDLED!" The rumbling strings started exactly before I saw the Chasm's Nail, and the music was SOOO DAMMN ATMOSPHERIC the first time I played, I thought I was really discovering the endgame, and was somewhere I shouldn't be, and Celestia would nail me down here and there. BTW, I didn't complete the archon quest before finding the nail, since i forgot following Dainsleif and followed Zhiqiong instead, so I thought I would find him and maybe Yelan there.

It feels like a Rachmaninoff Concerto. I love it!

This music gives the vibes of the twins getting separated from each other...... The sweet violin in with low and dark notes conveying the pain of losing a loved one into thin air..... Sometimes i feel like i cry more than the traveller when its about their family, their twin precisely when i dont have anyone im attached to in this world and have lost the ability to love....

The first time I got through here, I didn't quite realise the music was so damn good, let alone realise that it transitions to the battle theme. It was only after helping my friend defeat the ruin serpent faster that I realized how good the OST is in there

When I first heard this in game I had to pause what I was doing to listen for a while. Normally music doesn't affect me this profoundly, especially on the first listen, but this felt rich with so much emotion I had to let it wash over me. The closest I last felt to this was with some of the music in dragonspine, but this just hits different ;-;

Why is the Chasm the best designed area in the game?

Let me share something.. My sibling kept on wheezing when I told her that only a small portion of the underground map in the left-bottom hand side remained unknown to me, got me intrigued.. and thanks to my sibling for keeping her mouth shut, I felt the goosebumps coming to me as I approach the triangular entrance.. The light was peeking through the entrance, I started to stop running and walk, one left turn and to me surprise it was the theorized pillar of Celestia. THE MUSIC MADE IT MUCH BETTER. Never regretted the day I decided to make my volume settings to Music=8, Dialogue=3, Sfx=3. And it was a great decision to play on ps cause it was so good on the TV, I straight up hit the screen record when I was about to reach the entrance. Such a one-time experience to keep for many patches to come.

I really wish genshin impact wasn't a difficult game to love because the experience of adventuring a world with both beautiful design and music is what makes the game my favorite experiences I've had with gaming. At least I didn't let everything else get in the way of me enjoying the game.

Revisiting all my old music made me realize something. Genshin Impact really is the modern day Kingdom Hearts. Like. The atmosphere of this game. Especially the music. This track reminds me a lot of Dive into the Heart. Very few soundtracks have ever given me that feeling since.

THERE WERE 7 FUCKING PILLARS and we just saw 2 of them ( that means every region has 1 pillar) that means inazuma will have a region with a pillar, same goes for the sumeru, fontaine, natlan, and Snezhnaya ofc

If only the overworld worked like the chasm or enkonomiya for battle music. Each main ost for the chasm has a battle arrangement that plays over it and fades away after the encounter ends.

Everytime I need to open up characters to level up or whatever I teleport to the chasm just to have the music as my background
