Holy shit it's nice seeing a crowd at a rock show that looks like a crowd at a rock show..and I love this whole 80s throwback vibe the Aussies have been putting out
@@wickedlee664..cool, never heard of them, i'll def check em out...theres about 4 songs so far ive heard from Stonefield i like and i could be wrong about this but it seems i remember The Vines being from there and they had some really good songs back in the day
Paul Pz yeah, I think yer right. All my favorite Aus. bands have an aggressive attack that makes listen to em feel like riding an epileptic race horse. Radio Birdman’s Radios Appear is just perfect. I the anthology reissue is here on RU-vid. The silver cover one with Aloha, Steve and Dano first is DOPE!
@@Ausblack It's called being musically ecclectic. It tends to happen more if you are a musician yourself, as you tend to have a deeper appreciation for what creating music entails. I'm just as excited to listen to Cattle Decapitation or Scratch Acid as I am to listen to Fiona Apple or The Mamas & The Papas
It's probably the air you people breathe over there, but for some reason these new Aussie punk rock bands are the best of their kind. Literally some of the best bands I've heard since all those bands from the 80s that all quit. It's such a breath of fresh air and so much fun to play yourself as well, if you play guitar. The Chats are sick. 🤘
RU-vid would like that thank you for your generic gate keeping comment. Interesting. It’s rare to see a bowl-cut in the front and a mullet in the back. If he had gone with the classic undercut that a lot of people often do with bowl-cuts, it would be a perfect trifecta of styles that can’t be matched
@@jackmaster3134 Don't try and act like there's a certain way you should be acting at gigs, they all look like they're enjoying themselves, so whats the need for standards? you sound like one of those dudes that will stand in pits asserting dominance to fuel your own ego. fuck all to do with the music, hate people like you!
A musical Tour de Force accompanying some truly inspired songwriting. I was privileged enough to see these young polymaths in person, and let me tell you, what an absolute treat that was. Bravo gentlemen.
