When the rich kid at school hires your band to play at his house while his parents are on vacation and trusts you to play all the popular hits of today.
Absolute legend Eamon Sandwith. Lucky enough to catch The Chats live in Manchester back in 2019 and they were unreal, cannot wait to see them again some time (Update: saw them in Manchester again, went in my Sydney Swans guernsey and got a shout-out from Dennis Cometti and The Chats for it and got Eamon's pick!)
Still good but. Saw em Sunday with Dune Rats and none of this fucking around talking shit between songs they pumped em out which is what a good band should do
@@youtaughtmehowtolive apparently so no one actually knows what happened. He has gone to play shows with the lead singer from the Skegss Forming Pricey and Mughead
Wait what year is it? Lol i'm just relieved to see some music inspired by the past. Please get me as far away from this corona crazy world as as possible
Eamon looks more like a grown ass dude, and less like a kid. I hope he retains the goofiness and humour that made all the charm, if he starts acting the alpha male I'll find it less appealing as a character. Matt still looks like Matt, happy, smiling. Josh Hardy is indeed an upgrade in skill as a guitar player but I liked Pricey's vibe and rig more. Hardy's rig sounds heavier, I hope the band retains that UK sound and doesn't crank up the distortion to 11 and start sounding like every other punk band competing for making noise.
