Will they work for pretty much exclusively looks? I have most of my fitment dialed in ,I’m trying to get dirt nasty low 🤣🤣🤣🤣 it usually drives like a few miles at most
Wouldn’t you want the engine bay to ride a bit stiffer so it’s not bouncing around? If they compress more wouldn’t the also decompress more and make it all shaky? I think the fronts compress less because they need to hold more weight?? Idk shit though
So i just bought these for my 1997 Honda Civic Ex for my 2 back tires and if they don’t do anything, how can i cut springs from my old cars?(they’re stock) i have to get something cheap because money is an issue right now but my back is so low that the back bumper rubs on my tire and i can smell it burning. and when i go over bumps i can also hear it scrape at the bottom since it’s so low and when i’m moving at slow speeds i can hear my springs making noises..
the installation of the screw-in base is backwards, the smooth part must be installed at the bottom of the shock absorber and the screws are placed in the upper part of the shock absorber, because if you don't do it like this, later the screw-in base will break into pieces
these will work---only concern will be the quality of the springs and how well matched they are to your OEM dampers........ they're probably too stiff to be honest ----- probably
Why wouldn't it handle like a boat? Its pretty much Acuras answer to the Cadillac.... the Legend handles way better. (Still horrible in today's standard.)
Why so American say "See if we CANT"? thats the opposite. You want to see if you CAN ruin the way it drives. The same was you say "I COULD give a damn" my answer is a you could could you? well i COULDN'T give one... you saying you COULD give a damn, means... you actually could give one, whereas i couldn't.. lol
"I could give a damn" annoys me, but "see if I can't" is just meant to be used sarcastically. Obviously they're not genuinely trying to ruin the way it drives, but it might. I mean if I'm doing anything tricky a lot of times I'll say something along the lines of, "I'm just going to fuck this up real quick" when I'm obviously trying to do the opposite. Just sarcasm
