Are you thinking about investing in property in England? Well, in this video, we'll show you the cheapest areas by postcode in England to invest in property! Research: www.rightmove.com
I began my investment journey at the age of 33, primarily through hard work and dedication. Now at the age of 38, I am thrilled to share that my passive income exceeded $100k in a single month for the first time. This success reinforces the importance of the advice mentioned earlier. It is not about achieving quick wealth, but rather ensuring long-term financial prosperity.
Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $483k in just the past two quarters. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. It is safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choices I have made recently.
My advisor is “Jenny Pamogas Canaya highly qualified and experienced in the financial market. She has extensive knowledge of portfolio diversity and is considered an expert in the field. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market..
I bought my property in Liverpool in 2017. 2 bed maisonette for £64,000. Granted the value has gone up by somewhat but it’s been worth it. I renewed my mortgage last year on a ten year deal and my mortgage repayments are £210 a month so I’m pretty happy!!
Interesting little video, however, as someone who has a little previous experience of property investment, I would add a word of caution for anyone who isn't familiar with buying in these cheaper areas. You do have to be very realistic about what you are getting into. Postcodes are almost always cheap for a good reason, sometimes because jobs are in short supply, or there has been some change to the area. Also the houses are often in need of TLC, having been run down due to lack of money. So don't be expecting a Buckingham Palace. That said if you choose well they can still be very worthwhile projects, either to do up and rent out, or indeed to live in. Just bear in mind that you WILL usually need to be prepared to put in a bit of hard graft to reach the full potential.
I agree, however it is always good to see if any of these cheap areas have been considered for Regeneration, who would have though5 Stratford and Hackney which were cheap properties 30 years ago in London would be what they are today..overpriced….people I know their house prices Quadrupled!!!
For all the Americans looking to buy cheap rentals in the UK, 'Keighley' at number 9 is not pronounced key-ley as per the video. The 'keigh' part is pronounced 'keith' as per the man's name, so its actually pronounced 'keithley'. Also, if you want cheap and good enough to live in and raise your kids, don't buy in the cities noted - buy in the sticks just outside them. This is particularly true of both Keighley and Bradford, as you are then in Gods own Country (and well away from the idiots keeping the prices down!) but near enough to the big financial/IT employers in Leeds, Manchester (and surprisingly - Halifax) to still have a well paying career.
This is a good video but I have to say, I will forever be indebted to you Gardner 😇you’ve changed my whole life I’ll continue to preach about your name for the world to hear you’ve saved me from a huge financial debt with just little investment in money market, thanks so much Mrs Rose Gardner
As a high school teacher, I got introduced to Ms, Gardner during the pandemic year, I cried about challenges I was facing here in Ireland, during my time working with her, I was able generate returns on my investment.
with the economic up in flames, the average man has to think of ways provide for himself and family, Madam Rose, Invest in stocks and bonds, this are more stable and with her techniques, she generates profit almost instantly
It hasn’t been easy trying to invest as a newbie with few knowledge. I’m trying to create a new stream of passive income. How can i reach out to her? she could be of great help
@@anthonydowling3356I believe the entire North is shit yes . I believe everywhere outside the south west is a right off not worth visiting. South west or abroad the rest of the country is a shit hole .
Those places are cheap because they are a highly deprived and there is high criminal activity. If its too cheap to be true, there is usually an underlying reason.
I thought that immediately about Stoke on Trent . Fr. I'm from Bath . We have to be up there in the most expensive cities . Unless u live In Housing Association and that's a bit grimey . For a two bed terrace in Bath u won't get anything under £300,000 .
£296,000 ! I'm a Native of Oxford, Here, For That Money You MAY Get a Shared-Ownership on a; 😀 Used Wardrobe, 😀 Cardboard Box 😲 or a Hedge That People Piss in, BUT It Will Be in a Rough Suburb.
I could never bring myself to live in a poor rough common area. My work is on a council estate, its just not my cup of tea, horrible people, criminal intent etc. Your top ten list, there are going to be lots of bad effects - crime, drugs, prostitutes, etc.
I unknowingly lived in a council estate. Location was great for the easy access to the city centre, it's cheap and the people were great. I've lived there for 2 ys and never had any problems. It depends.
I live in Durham about 6 miles outside . So we are 15 minutes to get into Durham 30 minutes from Newcastle 30 minutes to Sunderland or 30 minutes to Middlesboro so we are quite close to all the major towns in the region and .in a nice country area with lots of nice valleys forests and rivers. And a rich history on our doorstep. we don't have any problem with any neighbours .costs are reasonable around here you can find a nice house to rent from £400 per Month. Or buy a property from £70k or something really nice about £100k so you can have good quality of life. for a reasonable price plenty of jobs around so you will not be out of work for more than 10 minutes . So all in all a lovely part of the counrty .check it out .
I only need a 200 sqm land. And then buy the 20k Elon Musk house to live. Is that possible to do that in UK? I don't understand why you need such a big houses since most of you don't even have children.

In between three of the places you mentioned, there's Hartlepool. We bought a three storey terrace house (5 bed, 2.5 bath, 3 reception and 100ft+ garden) for £100k. There are PLENTY of houses available for less than £50k in the area - obviously smaller than ours. If you WFH, it's absolutely great to live here.
If your retired the north east is a great place to be countryside is fantastic and beaches to match, you could sell your expensive southern house say for 400k. Then buy a good one up north for around 100k, all services are the same as down south and the people are far more friendly. Just think no inheritance tax to worry about as you swan around the world on a fantastic cruise, a new car, campervan hoilidays.
I've lived in NE and I don't think there're many great houses for 100k, a bit more needs to be spent. However, I agree with everything else you said, great places, depending on a place, great social and cultural life and EVERYTHING is much cheaper.
There are 1.4 million discounted mortgages due to end in 2023. That means 1.4 million folks who borrowed at 0.5% interest rate facing borrowing costs at 5% and above. This could turn into an affordability crisis, leading to tens of thousands of repossessions. You may have to revise your prices down sooner than you think………
This is a pointless list, the best rental return would be a better list, you would have to include average rents, transport links, schools and university's, and the unemployment rate to be actually useful
@@fatandhungry30 High crime, rampant fly tipping, lack of social cohesion (unless you are Muslim & Asian) this includes surrounding areas, lots of litter and high crime. Upsides: decent Asian restaurants on the main road in Small Heath, in fact I’ve been there a few times to visit of my fav Somali restaurants & a decent steak place. I would not live there personally, at most it’s worth a visit or two.
They are all cheap for a reason. Very little employment opportunities, high crime a major problem with drugs and a lack of infrastructure. Resulting the fitter , better educated and those with some get up and go leaving these areas for more opportunities elsewhere. Leaving behind the old, the sick and the unemployable.
Save yourself a lot of time and effort anywhere in Durham county you should be pleasef to buy and live in .i live just outside Durham City. Lovely counrtyside very friendly locals and the cheapest prices anywhere im the country .
