Anyway, I learned Judo, the first thing they teach you is how to fall and then you can go through hours of practice of you and your opponents just throwing each other and tumbling around and still be perfectly fine. And if anyone replies to me with: ''there are mattresses to break your fall in martial art'' I can guarantee you that wet, soft earth like there is in the place where they do this competition is a lot softer than those crappy mattresses we use. They are frigging tinner than my arm.
