Ingredients and preparation:
Pork loin (total weight 1.2 kg)
50 g (3 tbsp) wholegrain mustard
50 g (3 tbsp) hot mustard
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
About 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
30 ml light soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Save 3 teaspoons of the marinade for later
2 onions
120 g raw smoked bacon, thin strips (optional)
700g white cabbage
2 onions
120 g carrots
300 g sauerkraut
½ tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
80 ml tomato puree
1 tsp sugar
100 ml water
Black pepper
3-4 tbsp vegetable oil
