I don't think I've ever said this about a Corvette, but that interior looks like it's genuinely a nice place to spend time. Very luxurious looking.

It is nice! I loved the interior in my 2021 Stingray, which is the same. I'm glad they aren't changing it for the 2024 ERay, and I'm getting one of the very first ones produced.

I’m still shocked at how any customer is able to decide on a single color when there are so many that this model looks good in. The door close/thunk has a more quality sound and feel than the brand new Lexus models and you can go listen to someone close a TX’s door right now if you need to see it for yourself. Chevrolet quality is up. Chevrolet reliability is up. All they needed to do was get the interior designs to match their exteriors and I think it’s safe to say they’ve done that beautifully. But most importantly I’m happy to announce their build quality and materials have sky rocketed within the last 5-7 years. I am _very_ proud of GM.

@@Grumpyskater Yes! ERays come standard with body color accents (opposite of Z06), but you can order Carbon Flash instead for $0 extra. That makes the side wishbones, front and back vents, and the vents on the convertible engine cover all black metallic, which I like. It doesn't show up on the window sticker at all, but I took delivery of my ERay a couple days ago, and they built it the way I ordered it!

I sold our C8 Stingray to make room for the C8 ZO6. I'm intrigued by the all-wheel drive capability of the ERAY however, I spend a great deal of leisure time at the track and the ZO6 fills that void nicely. Kudos to the Chevy team for bringing the C8 platform to the marketplace.

I think the body color accents (although I know you can get them on other models.etc.) do make it distinct. The cacti color is actually very interesting. I'm a fan of bright colors on a sports car, but the more subtle green color can work here, though I would match it with a darker interior and dark wheels to toughen it up a bit. It won't likely be color that you will see often, so that is a plus. The blue is really nice and is my immediate choice, without seeing all of them in person to compare. It suits the whole electric theme.

I believe I really belong in an Eray, but I’m going to buy the ZO6……. I’m 69 and lived back in the Day of Straight Line Performance. That Street Race Domination from Stop Light to Stop Light. I own a 2022 Red Mist HTC and Love the car. I gave up my #1 Spot to purchase an Eray and now I’m currently in the #1 Spot for a ZO6. Will I be disappointed? Quite possibly! All that “QUICK IMMEDIATE ELECTRIC POWER & TORQUE”!!! From the Eray…. It’s probably the selection of that Bottom End Dig I will be sadly missing, but at a tenth or two in acceleration time. Anxiously awaiting more about the ZR1 too! Great Vlog! I enjoyed the ride and hearing your thoughts. Thanks

OK Miles, another amazing video for posterity! Your observations, at speed, are quite revealing. The E-Ray, and the whole C8 range, offer driving dynamics that can be tailored to the desires of future owners - from track focus to boulevard cruiser. Just spec your Vette accordingly. Choosing the right C8 mix sounds like a wise investment of time, especially when it comes to trim and colors. Only the Corvette can pull-off that Cacti Green , I like the Sea Wolf Gray because it has that Bond villain vibe so noticeable on the street. Thank You, Miles!

One of the best reviews I've seen in the last couple days. I like the way you showed a vast variety of driving styles and conditions and tracks. That really helped to get the overall summary of the car better. Your video was white balanced very good as well, which showed the difficult to photograph, Sea Wolf Gray, in it's truest color tone. I also liked how you put the performance graphics into your video that showed the facts as they were delivered.

My friends mom recently got one in a nice red color and black rims and when he was getting picked up from a bday party we were both at he got picked up in that and I got to sit in it and it was awesome, it sounds amazing too, but their corvette wasn’t e-ray I don’t think

Great car, but Chevy should stop advertising it does 0-60 in 2.5 sec. It may be capable of it, if you hold ur mouth right, pray to Jesus first, etc, but most youtubers have been getting mid 3s in the E-Ray 0-60.

One thing I don’t like about these new corvettes is the so called driver oriented cockpit. The passenger will be bored out of their mind plus this tilt looks awkward. Plus it would have been useful for the passenger to be able to help or take videos of the infotainment screen. What were gm engineers thinking? 😅
