With the big dragon in Caelid, the intended way to killing it would be to kill the small dragons around it, because with each small dragon killed, the big dragon's health gets reduced
The damage that later enemies do turns vitality from a nice bonus to a requirement. While it makes it more useful, it would have been nice to not have to put points there if I didn't want to. The game gets very 1 shotty halfway through and vitality is the only stat that feels required to survive.
Having 40 in Vitality by the time you reach the endgame is all you need and really not that much of an investement, adding in the right talisman and the right armor usually is plenty to not get one shot or even two shot. This is an rpg, you're supposed to adapt to you ennemy, not always fight the same way.
@@naproupi i get what your saying but i have to disagree a little bit, it feels like enemys in elden ring just deal alot more damage but have less health as a payoff when compared to the other soul games i would love to do less damage and get a little less damage balance wise, just doesnt feel right that with 40-50 vit you still get 2 shot from most attacks and personally i would like to not have 14 flasks rather have like 5-8 wich isnt really possible because you need to chuck them like tictac's from every little fart in your general direction :D
@@yungster_rick Yeah would be cool if every boss had that but then you shit like rennala or placidusax where you have to go through a bullet hell and parkour respectively first
@@raptorxrise5386 The Rennala shortcut sucks because it is made useless by simply killing the scholars spawning the boulder, once they're gone the boulder won't spawn anymore and you can just take the stairs without encountering anything.
