Honestly I saw it happening lol, they had nick mention how fearless she was when she was singing and I was like “they will for sure have her sing something”. It was brilliant and made me love the show even more lol.
@@almisami That could very well be what some have pointed out further down here...that this "season 2" was actually part 2 of season 1. That would explain why this song was on the season 1 soundtrack.
Sebastian Witheridge If it’s such a disgrace, then...why are you here? If you don’t like, don’t rain on other’s parades. For me, this is the best scene in Part 2 for me.
I love how everyone is confused by the seemingly randomness of the number, but like the thing is Lucifer was in charge of the music and worship when he was in heaven, so this actually makes sense if you look at it that way. Not to mention this probably was also appealing to his ego as well.
probably his ego - he's kind of gullible for the 'lord of lies' and the one who 'sees deep mysteries and knows secret things' or whatever it was Blackwood had Lilith say about him in that corny play of his
@@agenttheater5 that’s the whole point of the show, once the jig is up everyone can see that he’s egotistical for nothing because he isn’t stronger or better than even a 15 year old witch/human/demon
No he was not. His job was to bring the Morningstar's light to the earth. That is why he is often called Lucifer 'Morningstar' aka his job was basically to show off Venus in conjuction with the sun's light. He was not in charge of the music, nor is he referred to as the "Angel of Music." I have no idea where that comes from but you are not the first person that I have seen say that. But, as I love to shout very loudly when I research things, TO THE GOOGLE!!!! And if my information is incorrect, then I shall come back and admit that I was in the wrong, but for now, I shall research.
@@billiegrey5834 he really does :D and when he immediately sits up to go to her and bring her on the throne I felt like "awwwwww". Is it unpopular? Am I weird?
Then you might like Phantom of the opera movie. This song Masquerade is from the movie Phantom of the opera with actor Gerard Butler. Yes, he can sing...
@@truehappiness4U This recording of Masquerade is much prettier than the one used in the Phantom Movie. I believe this one was originally a studio recording, while the one in the movie was a live recording.
my grandpa showed me this show. he was one of the sweetest grandpa's you could ever find. i was 9 or 10 and he'd let me crawl up into his bed and eat laffy- taffy's. i'd hide under the blankets when sabrina & harvey or nick would kiss. i'd giggle and go "eewww!" every time. my grandpa passed away due to covid right before this episode came out and i was so upset that we wouldnt be able to finish this show. he was cremated and id set his urn up on his pillow, turn on his TV, go to Sabrina and watch the show with him, hoping his spirit was hanging around to watch this show with me. i miss you so, so much pop pop and hope your living a healthier, happier, better life in heaven. i love you.
@@tobiy_ You may very well be right and IMDB and other pages online wrong. This song was on the Season 1 soundtrack album release, which would explain the splitting up of the episodes so people thought this was season 2.
You will love the scene of the movie Van Helsing. Just watch that movie, AMAZING. It has a scene of a vampire masquerade. Amazing music too! Look up on youtube: Van Helsing masquerade scene. Also watch the phantom of the opera movie (2004) because this song is from that movie
It's a nice touch also, the Dark Lord would be very pleased and distracted by this act since some traditions hold that Lucifer had dominion over music when he was in heaven.
I believe Kiernan shipka might actually make a wonderful Christine for the Phantom of the Opera if possible in the reborn version of universal Dark Universe

Kiernan Shipka has come such a long way from being the little girl she portrayed in *Mad Men* (Sally Draper) to becoming *Sabrina* ... She was good then, she's good now! and a nice voice too! I wonder if the actor who plays *The Dark Lord* (Luke Cook) was chosen because of his outstanding height?! He looms over everyone and rightfully so, in his role... LPM
I keep coming back to this version because the other videos of the scene have been altered in some kind of way. It starts at 0:51. You can clearly hear Kiernan singing louder than the high female voice. In other versions you can't hear her that well and the high female voice is much louder which i don't really like.
To those who worked on Sabrina, and to the guy who was on both gen v and Sabrina and the one who played Sabrina I know you went through terrible tragedy because I liked it growing up and I know you wanted to help the wiccan community

Every time i forget the mask, I remenber that song and I sing that song. Toda vez que eu esqueço a máscara eu lembro dessa música e começo a cantar. Sorry for the english
