There are some things in life that might seem out of your control, but there are many that you can control: who you follow on social media, your sleep routine, the people you surround yourself with, your mindset… a seemingly harmless decision can lead you into a pattern that becomes embedded in your everyday life.
Every day, we have the opportunities to make our own choices, which impact our actions, habits, and eventually, our lives. A slip into an unhealthy habit, like staying up too late into the night, can become accepted by our minds and lead us to unhealthy lifestyles. However, at the same time, a determination to change our habits through small, simple choices can also lead to positive changes in our lives. Through this short story, we wanted to show the story of one girl who faces many ordinary choices in her life. From what to eat for breakfast to stepping into the first meeting of a club, each decision builds up to something greater.

Your video's really inspire me to do things, for about a year I haven't actually ate breakfast or have really had a morning routine I would always sleep in then be late for school. But after watching this video I have made a morning routine done it every single day so far, and also have been eating a health strawberry and banana smoothie every single day and if I had enough time I would either play some royale high (I still need a little bit of fun tbh royale high is my enjoyment) or I read a book. All I wanna say is thank you guys for changing my life :).

This video seems to be the definition of procrastination. The girl’s actions on the left usually involve some sort of procrastination, while the girl’s actions on the right involve some sort of productiveness. Procrastination, I must admit, is something that almost everyone struggles with, but you need to remember that procrastination gets you nowhere! It’s okay to take breaks and splurge a bit when it comes to unhealthy food, but you need to also remember to stay healthy, get enough exercise, and be productive for a large portion of each day. This is a great video, especially with school starting for many, and it really shows the effects of procrastination and how it changes your overall mood and mental (and physical) health!

I also do notice that the girl in the example on the left easily gets influenced by people’s opinion while the other example in the right choose to be herself and hangs out with people who accept her and she chooses to do science even though others think that science is just for nerds.

Remember that it’s ok that we make mistakes in our life. I make some all the time and so do parents and siblings. But that’s ok because we always try our best and do it again. Keep trying hard and I know you’ll do great!!😊💖

I really love how this short film shows that there are two choices you can take and that the choice is completely up to you! I also love how it shows the difference between those choices and the benefits of taking the right path! It's ok to be lazy sometimes but at the end of the day it would be more beneficial for you to take a path where you do the hard work because after all it is you that will receive the reward of it!

This shows that if you want to be successful in life you must try hard. If you take the bad choice then you can’t expect to be as successful as the right choice person. I really want to be successful in life and this video has really shown me that if you ever want to achieve something in life you have to try hard make those right decisions, be really positive and motivated and be around people that make you feel good. Jenstine teaches us in her videos that you can be anything you want if you try. Thank you for posting this!

Your videos are so inspiring! My life was like the life on the left. But after seeing this video a while ago I decided I was done with that. I used to do my homework in the morning before school but I would stay up really late because I have insomnia. That messed me up in school. But now that I fixed what I was doing wrong I'm doing so much better. I do my homework right after school is over and every night I take some melatonin so I'm able to wake up in the morning and be productive! Thank You!
